许可

根据应用程序启动方式的不同，可用的许可证类型定义如下：

作为桌面工具启动

继续使用免费版

选择此选项，以使用免费的社区版许可证进行注册。许可证有有效期，但可以续订。

备注：

请注意，此类许可证只能在线激活。

激活独立许可证

如果您有独立许可证代码，请选择此选项来激活 Task Capture。此类许可证用于激活 Enterprise Edition 的 Task Capture。

A license code for unlimited users in the organization is provided to customers who have upgraded to Standard plan in Automation Hub. For details about the other licensing policy regulations and specific restrictions applicable please check the UiPath Licensing page.

要激活此类许可证，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 单击“激活独立许可证“
2. 系统随即显示“UiPath 注册”弹出窗口。
3. 输入许可证代码。
4. 从下方选择激活流程的类型：
   • 自动激活：此过程需要连接互联网。
   • 手动激活

Please note that the offline (manual) activation is not available for the Community licenses. If you are renewing your license, please first delete the License folder from %AppData%\Task Capture\UiPath Task Capture\License folder, then follow the steps described below.

如果 UiPath Task Capture 安装在未连接到互联网的计算机上，或者您的网络安全软件/防火墙阻止访问我们的许可证验证服务器，您可以通过以下步骤手动激活：

5. On the computer with Internet access navigate to https://activate.uipath.com.

6. 确保在网页上选择了“激活许可证”选项卡。

7. 将许可证请求代码粘贴到“激活请求证忆”字段中。

8. 并单击“生成许可证文件”。

9. 系统将生成许可证代码。单击“复制许可证到剪贴板”，以将许可证代码复制到剪贴板。

10. 将许可证代码粘贴到文本文件中，并将其发送到要在其上激活许可证的计算机。

    

11. 在要激活许可证的计算机上，在“UiPath 注册”弹出窗口中，单击“下一步”按钮。

12. 系统将显示“手动激活”向导的最后一步。在“输入”字段中，粘贴第 9 步获取的许可证代码。

13. 单击“激活”。您的许可证现已激活。

    

从 Automation Hub 启动

如果从 Automation Hub 运行 Task Capture，则应用的许可证将与您的 Automation Hub 定价计划相对应：

• you run Task Capture from an Automation Hub trial instance, a trial license type is assigned in Task Capture.

• you run Task Capture from an Automation Hub standard instance, a standard license type is assigned in Task Capture.

  重要提示：

  If you run Task Capture from an Automation Hub instance integrated with Automation Cloud, the same rules for licensing from the above 2 bullet points will apply. For this scenario, in order to use the integration, you need to have installed Task Capture v2020.10.4 or above.

从 Test Manager 启动

如果从 Test Manager 运行 Task Capture，则所应用的许可证具有特定的许可证验证结束日期。设置期限为 2 周，从应用日期开始计算。

这表示从 Test Manager 启动 Task Capture 时，可在 2 周内将其作为桌面工具使用，之后会发生下面其中一种情况：

• 如果您在此期间（2 周内）未再次从 Test Manager 启动 Task Capture，则 Task Capture 中将显示许可证激活页面，您需要选择其他许可证类型。
• 如果您在 2 周内从 Test Manager 启动 Task Capture，则结束日期将更新为这个新的开始日期，并将该日期会发送到 Task Capture。

停用 Task Capture 许可证

要停用 Task Capture 许可证，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. Fill in this request form and Submit it.

2. 我们的许可团队将从许可服务器中删除激活。等待其确认。

3. 删除许可证激活后，访问许可证文件所在的文件夹。根据所用安装程序文件的类型不同，您可在以下位置找到此文件夹：

   • TaskCapture.exe：%AppData%\Task Capture\UiPath Task Capture
   • TaskCapture.msi：%ProgramData%\UiPath Task Capture

4. 删除本地存储的许可证。
