记录流程

如要开始记录流程并以文档记录自动化概念，请从以下三个可用选项中选择一个选项：

• Create Diagram - create your own workflow diagram with all the necessary actions, then use Task Capture to take screenshots for each action and automatically capture the required data.

• Capture Process - run through the process while the tool automatically captures your actions, takes a screenshot with each mouse click, and builds a workflow diagram based on the collected data.

• Open File From PC**** - open saved files created with Task Capture if you need to apply any updates. You can open .ssp or .ssg file formats.

  

捕获微件用于捕获流程。单击“捕获流程”选项后，系统将显示捕获微件。根据 Task Capture 版本的不同，提供的选项也不同：

单击“开始捕获”后，系统即会开始捕获，并显示以下管理选项：

1. Pause: allowing you to avoid irrelevant data.
2. Stop: allowing you to finish the documentation process.
3. Add title: allowing you to add a relevant title to each action you capture.
4. Add description: allowing you to add a relevant description to each action you capture.

它还会显示已捕获的操作数量，以及在达到 500 个操作限制之前的剩余操作数量。请查看下方的操作限制部分，详细了解此功能。

流程标题

默认情况下，系统会为捕获的流程提供一个标题，其中包含开始流程捕获的日期、月份和小时。

要更改所捕获流程的标题，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 单击显示为铅笔的“编辑”图标。这可在屏幕上部应用程序顶部面板的中间找到。

   

2. 屏幕上弹出“重命名流程文档”窗口后，请键入新的流程名称，然后单击“提交”。

   

操作限制

流程文档中所捕获操作的数量会影响应用程序的性能，包括使用图表编辑器、图像编辑器、导出选项以及流程定义文档 (PDD)。因此，可捕获的操作数量最大可设置为 500。请注意，此限制并不会阻止您创建包含超过 500 个操作的流程，其目的是提供最佳实践指导，以便在使用 Task Capture 时获得最佳体验。

在“图表生成器”窗口的右上角，您可以随时查看操作计数器，用以监控添加到整个工作流的操作数量，还可以查看一个**信息**图标，其中提供有关限制的详细信息。

此外，捕获微件允许您捕获构成流程的操作，显示为记录的序列捕获的操作数量以及在达到 500 个操作限制之前的剩余操作数量。

一旦捕获到每个文档超过 500 个的操作，系统就会显示一个弹出消息，让您可以继续捕获或停止捕获。

如果您选择继续捕获流程，则捕获微件会在弹出消息的下部显示超过 500 个操作限制的操作数量。

如果您尝试复制并插入或复制导致超出限制的操作，则系统会显示弹出消息，允许您取消操作或在任何情况下继续。

其他特殊性

If during the creation/capturing process, you update the Language Setup, only the actions recorded after the new language is setup the will be displayed in the respective language.

:memo: Task Capture 不会定义键盘输入，因此可以记录敏感数据。通过访问捕获和删除数据步骤的“步骤说明”字段，可以手动删除此数据。捕获流程开始时，系统会显示一条弹出通知，通知您有关此行为的信息。
