Desinstalação de uma solução

Você pode remover uma implantação de solução de um tenant desinstalando-a de maneira automatizada. A operação de desinstalação remove do sistema as pastas de soluções e todos os recursos incluídos nela que foram criados como parte da implantação. No entanto, desinstalar uma solução não exclui entidades, conjuntos de escolhas e webhooks. Observe que você não pode desfazer a operação de desinstalação.

Uninstall a solution

Para desinstalar uma solução, siga as seguintes etapas:

1. Selecione a guia Soluções no nível do tenant.
2. In the Deployments tab, find the solution you want to uninstall, select the three-dot menu corresponding to it, then choose Uninstall.
3. Type the name of the solution deployment in the confirmation dialog, then select Uninstall.

Result:

The solution deployment is removed from the tenant. The associated solution folders and all resources created as part of the deployment are deleted.

Force uninstall a solution

Force uninstall is available when a standard uninstall attempt fails because the deployment contains jobs that are not in a final state (Pending, Running, Suspended, Resumed, Stopping, or Terminating). Force uninstall stops all uncompleted jobs in the deployment's folder hierarchy, then runs the standard uninstall pipeline.

The Force Uninstall option appears in the confirmation dialog only after a failed standard uninstall validation. To use it:

1. Selecione a guia Soluções no nível do tenant.
2. In the Deployments tab, find the solution you want to uninstall, select the three-dot menu corresponding to it, then choose Uninstall.
3. Type the name of the solution deployment in the confirmation dialog, then select Uninstall.
4. If validation fails because jobs are not in a final state, the dialog updates to show the Force Uninstall option. Select Force Uninstall to confirm.

Result:

The system stops all uncompleted jobs in the deployment's folder hierarchy, then removes the deployment and its associated resources.
