テンプレートの更新

We’ve updated the templates feature within StudioX with a focus on usability. The Templates section on the StudioX Start Page now contains more templates that you to choose from to start your task.

[テンプレート] タブを更新し、新しく [入門] カテゴリを追加しました。このカテゴリには、StudioX を使い始める際に便利な再利用可能なタスクのコレクションが含まれます。各テンプレート内でアクティビティに追加された注釈には、アクティビティの目的およびアクティビティの設定方法に関する詳細情報が含まれます。

カスタマイズ可能なフィールド

We’ve added customizable fields to our templates, allowing a template to become a sample task with activities in place that you can configure by filling in the blank fields with your data.

When creating a template, you can mark and unmark fields as customizable by using the Plus menu and selecting Mark as customizable or Unmark as customizable. Customizable fields are marked with an icon and the data inside is cleared when the template is published.

「後で使用するために保存」から「変数」へ

Starting with StudioX 2022.4, Variables replace the default terminology for Save Value for Later Use. The core functionality remains the same, however, you can now select the data type when creating a variable and change it later in the automation manually or by using an activity.

• The Save For Later activity has been renamed to Set Variable Value.
• Save for later and Use Saved Value displayed in the Plus menu have been updated to Create Variable and Use Variable.

Data Manager の機能強化

We’ve made some changes to the Data Manager in order to expand on some of the existing functionality. We’ve grouped together the options allowing you to add data to a task under the New option at the top of the panel. You can now add variables, arguments and connect to an Excel file directly from the New option.

データ型の管理

You can now see the data type, edit, and delete variables and arguments from the Data Manager panel by right-clicking on a variable or argument and selecting the desired option.

変数と引数は、パネル内で展開することで [データ マネージャー] で直接管理することもできます。

リソース パネル

[リソース] パネルが [データ マネージャー] パネルに置き換えられました[データ マネージャー] 内で Orchestrator のリソース (アセット、プロセス、キュー) が利用可能になり、[リソース] パネルと同じ機能が使用できます。アセットは、タスクにドラッグ アンド ドロップするか、アクティビティに追加するだけで使用できます。キューおよびプロセスを使用するには、[アクティビティ] パネルで [開発者向けアクティビティを表示] フラグを有効化する必要があります。

リソースを使用しない時は、フィルター機能を使用してパネルから非表示にすることができます。

Excel の自動化

新しいアクティビティ

• MATCH 関数 - 指定した項目をセルの範囲内で検索し、範囲内におけるその項目の相対位置を返します。

改良点

• [範囲をコピー/貼り付け] アクティビティと [範囲を追加] アクティビティが、Excel ではコピー/貼り付け操作ができない場合にエラーをキャッチし、エラー メッセージを表示するようになりました。
• [ Excel ファイルを使用 ] アクティビティに、[プロパティ] パネルに [ Excel ファイルを開いたままにする] オプションを追加しました。プロジェクトの実行時に Excel ファイルが開いていない場合、プロジェクトの実行が完了した後もブックを閉じるのではなく、開いたままになります。これは、後でファイルを確認するために使用できます。
• [ピボット テーブルを作成] アクティビティのソースとしてシート全体を指定できるようになりました。
• [ピボット テーブルを作成] アクティビティと [ピボット テーブルを更新] アクティビティに、ピボット テーブルのレイアウトや形式を変更できる [レイアウト] オプションを追加しました。使用できるオプションは、[ コンパクト]、[ 表形式]、[ アウトライン] です。

• メールを ID で取得 - 指定した ID でメールを取得します。

改良点

• The Save Email Attachments activity has been updated with a new option, Exclude Inline Attachments. If selected, inline attachments (i.e. attachments embedded in the email body) are not saved.
• Outlook 365 を使用 アクティビティと Gmail を使用 アクティビティで、Integration Service 経由で UiPath Orchestrator にアクセスすることで複数のアカウントのコネクションを使用できるようになりました。既定のオプションにはコネクションの名前が表示されます。
• [ デスクトップ版 Outlook アプリを使用 ] アクティビティに、[オプション] カテゴリのプロパティとして [ アカウントが一致しない時の動作] を追加しました。指定したメール アカウントが照合されない場合のアクティビティの動作を指定できます。オプションは、[ 既定のメール アカウントを使用 ] と [ 失敗] のいずれかを選択できます。
• [繰り返し (各メール)] アクティビティに [添付ファイルを取得] プロパティを追加しました。選択すると、メールと一緒に添付ファイルが取得されます。
• [Outlook 365 を使用]、[Gmail を使用]、[デスクトップ版 Outlook アプリを使用] アクティビティ内で [繰り返し (各メール)] アクティビティを使用する際に、アクティビティが返す MailMessage オブジェクトで、Uid および Message-ID のヘッダーが利用できるようになりました。
• [ 添付ファイルを保存 ] および [ メールの添付ファイルを保存 ] アクティビティに、[ インライン添付ファイルを除外] プロパティを追加しました。オンにすると、インラインの添付ファイル (メール本文に埋め込まれた添付ファイル) は保存されません。
• [範囲を読み込み] アクティビティの [保存先] フィールドのツールチップを更新し、クリップボードにコピーしたデータを貼り付ける場合についての追加情報が表示されるようにしました。
• メール アクティビティ パッケージをアップグレードし、Google API のバージョン 1.55.0 を使用できるようにしました。
• You can now add UIAutomation activities inside a Use Desktop Outlook App activity to quickly automate the interface of Outlook.
• [Gmail を使用] アクティビティ内で使用するメール アクティビティのフォルダー ブラウザーに、下書きフォルダーとゴミ箱フォルダーが表示されるようにしました。

PowerPoint の自動化

改良点

• [スライドに画像/ビデオを追加]、[スライドに項目を貼り付け]、[スライドにファイルを追加] アクティビティに [図形の新しい名前] プロパティを追加しました。このプロパティでは、項目が追加されるコンテンツ プレースホルダーの名前を変更できます。
• [スライド コンテンツを書式設定] アクティビティで変更できる項目として、[図形の名前を変更] オプションを追加しました。これにより、プレゼンテーション内で選択した図形の名前を変更できます。
• [ スライドにテキストを追加] アクティビティ内に [ コンテンツ プレースホルダー内の既存のテキストをクリア] という新しいプロパティを追加しました。選択すると、新しいテキストを追加する前にコンテンツ プレースホルダー内のテキストがクリアされます。

Word の自動化

改良点

• You can now add UIAutomation activities inside a Word Application Scope / Use Word File activity to quickly automate the interface of Microsoft Word.

OneDrive と SharePoint の自動化

改良点

• Office365 アクティビティ パッケージを更新し、Microsoft Graph API のバージョン 4.11.0 を使用できるようにしました。
• A new contextual menu is available for InArgument<String> properties used within the For Each File/Folder activity. For example, you can use the Write Line activity inside the For Each File/Folder activity to be able to access the following properties: Name, Web Url, Creation date, and Last modified date.
• [繰り返し (ファイル/フォルダー)] アクティビティに新しく [サブフォルダーを含む] プロパティが追加されました。このプロパティを使用することで、検索対象を拡大して選択したクラウドの場所のすべてのサブフォルダーを含めるかどうかを指定できます。
• [OneDrive と SharePoint を使用] アクティビティで、Integration Service 経由で UiPath Orchestrator にアクセスすることで複数のコネクションを使用できるようになりました。既定のオプションにはコネクションの名前が表示されます。

Google Workspace (G Suite) の自動化

改良点

• Google ドキュメントを使用、Google スプレッドシートを使用、Google ドライブを使用 アクティビティで、Integration Service 経由で UiPath Orchestrator にアクセスすることで複数のアカウントのコネクションを使用できるようになりました。既定のオプションにはコネクションの名前が表示されます。
• [ファイルをアップロード] アクティビティを更新し、[Google Workspace のファイルに変換] オプションを新しく追加しました。このオプションを使用すると、アップロードしたファイルの種類を Google ドキュメントや Google スプレッドシートなどの Google Workspace 用のファイルに変換できます。
• Google Gsuite アクティビティ パッケージをアップグレードし、Google API のバージョン 1.55.0 を使用できるようにしました。

• Else If - Evaluates a condition added using the Condition Builder and executes one or more activities specified in the Then branch when the condition is met. If the condition is not met, additional Else If branches can be added that contain their own Condition and Then branches. Multiple Else If branches can be added in cases where multiple conditions need to be checked. Optionally, an Else branch can be added at the end of the activity which is executed if none of the previous conditions were met.
• 型を変更 - 変数の型を別の型に変更します。

改良点

• The Select File activity has been renamed to Browse for file.
• Added a new property named Skip folders where access is denied inside the For Each Folder in Folder and For Each File in Folder activities. If selected, folders where the access is denied are automatically skipped. This option is not selected by default.

その他の改良点

• 枠線の強調表示を改良し、StudioX で複数のアクティビティを選択した際の見やすさが向上しました。
• ガバナンスにより、ユーザーが新しいプロジェクトをローカルに保存することが許可されておらず、なおかつリポジトリが構成されていない場合に表示されるエラー メッセージを改良しました。問題が解決できるよう、ユーザーが [OK] をクリックすると、[チーム] タブにリダイレクトされるようにしました。
• [チーム] タブの [名前] フィールドと [URL] フィールドを更新し、編集できないようにしました。
• A new option has been added to the Plus menu for fields that support conditional statements, called True / False. The available options are True and False.
• [ダウンロードを待機] アクティビティ内に [ファイル拡張子を無視] という新しいプロパティを追加しました。このフィールド内で、ダウンロードが完了するまで無視するファイル拡張子を指定できます。詳しくは、「 ダウンロードを待機 」をご覧ください。
• [条件分岐 (else if)] アクティビティが StudioX プロファイルで利用できるようになりました。
• A new common scenario has been added, called Paste Excel chart into Powerpoint. It adds a Get Chart activity that selects a chart from an Excel file and copies it to clipboard, and a Paste Item into Slide activity that inserts the saved Excel chart into a PowerPoint presentation.

バグ修正

• ガバナンス ルール [ソース管理リポジトリの場所の編集を許可] を [False] に設定すると、[チーム] タブで既に利用可能なリポジトリをユーザーが有効化または無効化できなくなるようになりました。
• [メールの添付ファイルを保存] を 2 つ以上連続して使用すると、添付ファイルのフィルター処理に失敗していました。
• Searching for activities using the Add Activity Search Bar returned the Object reference not set to an instance of an object error message in certain cases.
• [行を削除] アクティビティが、数百を超える行を含む Excel ファイルを使用すると失敗していました。
• [繰り返し (Excel の各シート)] アクティビティ内に [繰り返しを終了] アクティビティが追加されると、エラーが発生していました。
• 特定の状況において、[範囲をコピー /貼り付け] アクティビティの使用時に範囲が正しくコピーされませんでした。
• Excel の Power Query で作成されたピボット テーブルを [ピボット テーブルを更新] アクティビティで使用すると、アクティビティが失敗していました。
