インストールが必要なのはコアのみで、ランタイムは必要ありません。コアのみをインストールするには、コマンドラインで OPT_NO_RUNTIME=1 を使用してインストーラーを実行します。

ただし、Test Manager もインストールする場合は、ASP.NET Core をランタイムも含めてインストールする必要があります。このためには、OPT_NO_RUNTIME=1 オプションを指定せずにインストーラーを実行します。
