DocuSign events

The connector supports the following events via polling:

• Envelope is created - Triggers when a new envelope is created. Supported on the following objects: files, folders, members.
• Envelope is sent to recipients - Triggers when an envelope is sent to a recipient. Supported on the following objects: files, folders, members.
• Envelope is signed by recipient - Triggers when an envelope is signed by a recipient. Supported on the following objects: files, folders, members.

Note:

The Envelope is signed by recipient event is triggered only when all the recipients of that envelope have signed the documents (i.e. when the status of envelope is Completed). If even a single recipient has not signed, this event is not triggered.

Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default. The polling interval is configurable. For details, see the Triggers documentation.

Note:

The support for Webhooks (i.e. DocuSign Connect) is not yet released for DocuSign connector.
