About ALM

Application lifecycle management (ALM) is the term for management of an application from development through deployment. UiPath Apps provides capabilities for:

• Managing permissions of an app
• Testing apps
• Deploying an app
• Packaging an app as a client

Testing Apps

After changes are made to an app, testing allows you to validate those changes in the browser before publishing.

Testing an App

1. Click the Preview button in the UiPath Apps Studio header.

2. A new browser tab will open showing the updated version of the app.

Note: Each time preview is clicked, a new browser tab opens. The most recent tab is the furthest to the left.
