配置保留策略

If you're an administrator, you can establish rules for the retaining completed tasks, based on the policy you set for each action catalog to which the tasks belong. You can decide whether to delete or archive completed actions.

备注：

Incomplete tasks, including assigned and unassigned tasks are never archived or deleted.

• If you choose deletion, completed tasks that have been untouched within a specific timeframe will be removed. This timeframe can be set anywhere between 1 to 180 days.
• 如果您决定存档，则系统会将已完成且在特定时间范围内未更改的操作存储在 Orchestrator 存储桶中。 执行此操作的时间范围也可以设置为 1 到 180 天之间的任意值。

Note: The default retention policy for completed tasks in an action catalog is 30 days. For tasks that are not part of an action catalog, the default retention policy is 180 days.

默认保留策略

• 未存储在任何目录中的操作将在 180 天后删除。
• 存储在目录中的操作（具有“删除” 保留策略）的默认设置为 “30 天后删除”。
• 如果您使用 Orchestrator 存储桶存档目录操作，然后删除此存储桶，则策略将在 30 天后返回到“删除操作”。

步骤

如果要为新的或现有的操作目录配置保留策略，则以下步骤适用。

1. 在 Action Center 中，导航到“管理员设置” 。
2. 如果要创建新的操作目录，请选择“添加目录”。

   如果要为现有操作目录配置保留策略，请找到要编辑的目录，然后选择“编辑” 。

   
   

   

   
   
3. 在“已完成的操作” 下，选择“自动删除” 或“自动存档” 作为保留策略：
   • 如果选择“自动删除”：在“在此时间后删除已完成的操作” 字段中输入一个 1 到 180 之间的数字。 此为系统自动删除已完成操作的天数。
     
     

     

     
     
   • 如果选择“自动存档” ：
     1. 选择“存储桶以存档已完成的操作”下拉菜单，然后选择一个 Orchestrator 存储桶用于存储操作。
     2. 在“在此之后存档已完成的操作” 字段中，输入一个介于 1 到 180 之间的数字。 在指定天数后，已完成的操作将自动存档。
