Setting up robot account access

An agentic process uses the same concepts as a robot in terms of permissions. We recommend creating a Robot account in the folder where it is deployed with:

• An Automation User folder role
• An Allow to be Automation User tenant role

The folder and tenant roles has should have all the need permissions for both agentic process and any other RPA, Apps, Connectors, Business Rules, etc.
