Automation Hub との連携

Task Mining is an automation discovery tool using AI to analyze employees' day-to-day desktop activities. Automation Hub can be the perfect bridge to automation and help accelerate the automation journey upon identifying opportunities with Task Mining.

Automation Hub にトレースをエクスポートする

トレースをエクスポートするには以下の手順に従います。

1. As a Process Subject Matter Expert, from the Task Mining Discovery Results tab, identify a representative task and click the Export Trace button and select the Automation Hub option.
   注:

   [ トレースをエクスポート - > Automation Hub ] オプションを表示するには、Automation Hub で [個人のアイデアの提出 ] 権限が割り当てられている必要があります。この権限は、Automation Hub に追加された、[ 標準ユーザー ] ロールを持つすべてのユーザーには、既定で割り当てられています。

2. 右側のパネルで、以下をフィールドに入力します。

必須のフィールド

• 自動化名
• オートメーションの領域 (選択できるのは第 1 レベルのカテゴリのみ)

必須ではないフィールド

• 説明 - 既定では空ですが、ユーザーが特定の説明を追加しない場合、公開時に以下の詳細情報が含まれます This idea is coming from a Project: {project_name}. Discovery results: {discovery_results_name}. Task name: {task_name}. Submitted by: user@email
• 業務管理者 - 業務管理者は、Automation Cloud のアクティブなユーザーから検索できます。

1. アイデアの公開前の最後の手順として、自動化の見込みを計算するためのメトリックを入力します。

   フィールド	値 (Value)
   業務プロセスを完了する方法の数	プロセスは毎回同じ方法で実行されるプロセスを完了するには、>=2 ですが、=5 ですが、 = 8つの方法があります。
   デジタル入力の割合	0 ~ 100 の入力値が許可される
   構造化されたデジタル データ入力の割合	=80% 60%-80% 40%-60% <40%

3. ファイルが生成されアイデアが作成されると、成功通知が Automation Hub へのリンクとともに表示されます。

   

4. After selecting View in Automation Hub, you will be directed to the idea in Automation Hub.

   注:

   トレースをエクスポートしたタスクには、[ディスカバリーの結果] ビューに Automation Hub アイコンが表示されます。このアイコンをクリックすると、Automation Hub 内の関連するアイデアが開きます。

このようなタスク内のトレースは、同じアイデアにのみエクスポートできます。

Task Mining からエクスポートされたオートメーションのアイデアを使用する

After successfully exporting a trace to Automation Hub, the Program Manager receives an email notification and the new automation idea is shown in the Explore Automation Program page.

注:

When a new idea is submitted in Automation Hub, a notification email is sent to users with the Program Manager role.

新しいオートメーションのアイデアには、以下の情報が含まれています。

• アイデアのソース - Task Mining
• 共同作業者ロール
• Task Mining の提出者 - 既定で、[詳細] ページと [ドキュメント] ページを編集するための権限が付与されます。
• 業務管理者 - タスクのエクスポート時に選択されている場合。
• 説明 - トレースをエクスポートする際に Task Mining ユーザーが追加する情報と一部の既定の詳細情報を次のとおりに示します This idea is coming from a Project: {project_name}. Discovery results: {discovery_results_name}. Task name: {task_name}. Submitted by: user@email
• 便利なリンク - アイデアの元となった Task Mining の対応するタスクに戻るためにリンクが利用可能です。
• ドキュメント - Task Mining が各トレースごとに Automation Hub に送信する 3 つのファイル (Studio のエクスポート (.xaml ファイル)、業務プロセス定義書 (.doc)、Task Capture ファイル (.ssp)) が含まれています。各ファイルのタイトルには、タスク ID、トレース番号、およびファイルのソースを表示する「Exported from Task Mining (Task Mining からエクスポートされた)」という文字列が含まれます。

エクスポートしたタスクを更新する

Adding more or updated documents from a trace of an already exported task to Automation Hub can be done by selecting Export to Automation Hub within the specific trace. A side panel opens so you can export documentation for this trace to the Idea Documentation section.
