Automation Cloud のソリューションにアクセスして操作するために必要な Orchestrator のロールと権限。

ソリューションの権限

ソリューションへのアクセスは、 Orchestrator のロールによって制御されます。ソリューションを使用するには、Orchestrator でユーザーに適切な テナント レベルのロール が割り当てられている必要があります。ソリューションの権限は自動的には付与されません。管理者は、各ユーザーまたはグループに以下の必要なロールを割り当てる必要があります。

• Solutions Administrator
• Solutions Contributor

どちらのロールでも、Orchestrator のソリューション エクスペリエンスへのアクセスが提供されます。制御レベルは、割り当てられたロールによって異なります。

注:

ソリューションはテナント レベルの機能であるため、フォルダー レベルの権限だけを割り当てるだけでは不十分です。ユーザーに適切な テナント ロールが割り当てられている必要があります。

ロールの機能

Solutions Administrator ロールでは、ソリューションのパッケージ化とデプロイの両方を含む、テナント レベルでソリューションを完全に制御できます。Solutions Contributor ロールはソリューション パッケージの管理に限定され、デプロイ機能は含まれません。

Permissions required to deploy

The Setup form in Orchestrator and the deploy form in Studio Web check your permissions before they enable Deploy. The permission depends on the feed of the package version:

Package feed	必要な権限
テナント	SolutionDeployments.Create, or FolderSolutionDeployments.Create on the destination folder. Install as root folder requires SolutionDeployments.Create.
フォルダー フィード	FolderSolutionDeployments.Create on the destination folder.
個人用ワークスペース	FolderSolutionDeployments.Create on your personal workspace folder.

When a permission is missing, Deploy is disabled. A tooltip on Deploy gives the reason, for example You do not have the SolutionDeployments.Create permission required to perform this action. Two other messages can appear:

• Choose a folder to deploy into. Deploying at the tenant root requires the SolutionDeployments.Create permission
• You do not have permission to create deployments in any folder of this feed

Select a different location, or ask an administrator to grant the permission named in the message.

Orchestrator の [ソリューション] タブにアクセスする

Orchestrator から [ソリューション] タブにアクセスするには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Orchestrator の テナント コンテキストに移動します。
2. [ ソリューション ] タブを選択します。
