モバイル デバイス管理

モバイル デバイス管理 (MDM) ツールを使用して、企業で管理しているモバイル デバイスに、固有に設定された Orchestrator Mobile アプリを配布できます。それらの設定により、On-premise Orchestrator インスタンスの URL の配布や、ユーザーのテレメトリの自動的な無効化などができます。

サポート対象の MDM プラットフォーム

• VMWare Airwatch (別名: Workspace ONE)
• Microsoft Intune (別名: Endpoint Manager)

VMWare Airwatch の設定

Android

1. Workspace ONE で、[App & Books] > [Native] に移動します。

   

2. [List View] で、[Public] > [Add Application] の順に選択します。[Add Application] ウィンドウが表示されます。

   

3. [Platform] フィールドで、[Android] を選択します。以下のように、Orchestrator アプリを見つけます。

   • UiPath Orchestrator を名前で検索します。

     

     

4. Orchestrator アプリが見つかったら、[Select] を押します。これにより、以下のような画面が表示されるはずです。

5. 続行する準備ができたら、[Save & Assign] を押します。

   

6. 固有の設定を追加するには、次に表示されるポップアップで [Application Configuration] に移動します。[Application Configuration] ウィンドウが表示されます。

   

7. Enable the Send Configuration option. This displays a list of the configuration keys you can set values to. Please check the Configuration Keys section below for more info on each configuration key.

8. このアプリと設定を割り当てるユーザー/デバイス/グループを選択し、それを配布します。

iOS

1. Workspace ONE で、[App & Books] > [Native] に移動します。

   

2. [List View] で、[Public] > [Add Application] の順に選択します。[Add Application] ウィンドウが表示されます。

   

3. [Platform] フィールドで、[Apple iOS] を選択します。以下のように、Orchestrator アプリを見つけます。

   • UiPath Orchestrator を名前で検索します。

     

     

4. Orchestrator アプリが見つかったら、[Select] を押します。これにより、以下のような画面が表示されるはずです。

5. 続行する準備ができたら、[Save & Assign] を押します。

   

6. 固有の設定を追加するには、次に表示されるポップアップで [Application Configuration] に移動します。[Application Configuration] ウィンドウが表示されます。

   

7. Enable the Send Configuration option. From here you can add Configuration Keys or Upload an XML. Please check the Configuration Keys section below for more info on each configuration key.

8. このアプリと設定を割り当てるユーザー/デバイス/グループを選択し、それを配布します。

Microsoft Intune の設定

Android

1. Intune/エンドポイント マネージャーで、[Apps] > [By Platform] > [Android] に移動します。

2. [+ Add] ボタンを押します。

3. [App Type] ドロップダウンで、[Managed Google Play app] を選択します。

   

4. 「UiPath Orchestrator」を検索します。

5. アプリを選択し、[Approve] をクリックします。

   

6. 再度 [Apps] > [By Platform] > [Android] に移動します。アプリのリストに [UiPath Orchestrator] が表示されているはずです。

   

7. [UiPath Orchestrator] を選択し、少なくとも 1 つのグループが割り当てられていることを確認します。

8. 固有の設定を追加するには、[アプリ] > [アプリ構成ポリシー] に移動します。

   

9. [+ Add] > [Managed Devices] をクリックします。

   

基本

1. 設定に名前を付けます。

2. [Platform] フィールドで、[Android Enterprise] を選択します。

3. [Targeted App] フィールドで、UiPath Orchestrator アプリを選択します。

   

設定

1. [Configuration settings format] フィールドで、[Use configuration designer] を選択します。

   

2. [Use the JSON editor to configure the disabled configuration keys.] の下で、[+ Add] をクリックします。右側のパネルが展開したら、[Configuration key] オプションのチェック ボックスを選択して、[OK] をクリックします。

   

3. From here you can check any of the configuration key options you want and press OK. Please check the Configuration Keys section below for more info on each configuration key.

Assignments

1. この設定を指定するユーザー グループを選択します。

   

Review + create

1. 設定を確認したら、それを選択したすべてのユーザーに適用します。

iOS

1. Intune/エンドポイント マネージャーで、[Apps] > [By Platform] > [iOS/iPadOS] に移動します。

   注:

   オペレーティング システムの最小バージョンが iOS 12.0 に設定されていることを確認してください。

6. この設定を指定するユーザー グループを選択します。

   

7. 固有の設定を追加するには、[アプリ] > [アプリ構成ポリシー] に移動します。

   

8. [+ Add] > [Managed Devices] をクリックします。

設定キー

instanceUrls

この設定キーを使用して、企業で管理しているモバイル デバイスに Orchestrator インスタンスの URL を配布できます。これにより、従業員が Web アドレスを記憶したり、Orchestrator アプリに Web アドレスを手動で入力したりすることが不要になります。人手によるこのような操作は、人為的なミスが発生しやすく、不要な社内サポートの手数が発生する原因となります。

MDM ツールを使用すると、アプリに追加した URL が [オンプレミスのログイン] ウィンドウに表示されるようになります。

VMWare Airwatch

Android

コンマ区切りのリストに、オンプレミス インスタンスの URL を追加します。

iOS

以下のいずれかの方法を使用して、インスタンスの URL を入力します。

A. instanceUrls という文字列値を含む XML データをアップロードします。複数の URL を指定したい場合は、コンマ区切りの文字列を使用できます。

B. 以下の設定を使用して設定キーを追加します。

• Configuration Key: instanceUrls
• Value Type: String
• Configuration Value: すべてのインスタンスの URL のコンマ区切りの文字列

以下のいずれかの方法を使用して、インスタンスの URL を入力します。

A. [Configuration settings format] フィールドで、[Use Configuration Designer] を選択して、以下のように入力します。

• Configuration Key: instanceUrls

• Value Type: String

• Configuration Value: すべてのインスタンスの URL のコンマ区切りの文字列

  

  B. [Configuration settings format] フィールドで、[Enter XML] を選択し、以下のようにコンマ区切りの文字列値を持つ XML を入力します。

DisableUserTelemetry

この設定キーを使用すると、すべての従業員のデバイスに対し、MDM を介してモバイル アプリケーションのテレメトリ追跡機能を自動的にオプトアウトできます。

VMWare Airwatch

Android

1. [Telemetry Opt Out] フィールドを [Enable] に設定します。

   

iOS

以下の方法のいずれかにより、テレメトリを無効化します。

A. Boolean キー disableUserTelemetry を True に設定した XML データをアップロードします。

以下の方法のいずれかにより、テレメトリを無効化します。

A. [Configuration settings format] フィールドで、[Use Configuration Designer] を選択して、以下のように入力します。

• Configuration Key: disableUserTelemetry

• Value Type: Boolean
