Mac 用の UiPath Assistant

UiPath Assistant は macOS でも利用できます。クロスプラットフォーム オートメーションへのアクセス・管理・実行や、ロボットの Orchestrator への接続を行うことができます。

注:

UiPath Assistant は、バージョン 10.15 (Catalina) 以降の macOS に対応しています。

ダウンロードする

UiPath Assistant は、Customer Portal または Automation Cloud からダウンロードできます。

Customer Portal からダウンロードする

1. Customer Portal の Web サイトに移動します。
2. 製品を検索し、右側の折りたたみアイコンをクリックします。
3. DMG ファイルをダウンロードします。プラットフォームに応じて以下のオプションが利用できます。
   • Intel Mac - x64 用のダウンロード
   • Apple シリコン用のダウンロード

Automation Cloud からダウンロードする

1. Automation Cloud の Web サイトに移動します。

2. Click the Help icon on top of the page, and select Downloads from the dropdown menu.

   

3. [おすすめのダウンロード] セクションで、プラットフォームに応じて以下のいずれかのオプションを選択します。

   • Intel Mac - x64 用のダウンロード
   • Apple シリコン用のダウンロード

インストール

macOS 用の UiPath Assistant をインストールするには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. DMG ファイルをダブルクリックして、その内容を利用可能にします。
2. アプリケーションを DMG ウィンドウから Applications ディレクトリにドラッグしてインストールします。
3. コピー プロセスが完了するまで待ちます。

Orchestrator に接続する

To connect the Robot and UiPath^® Assistant to Orchestrator, use one of the following options:

• 対話型サインイン
• マシン キー
• クライアント資格情報

注:

When using the UiPath^® Assistant and Robot on MacOS, local feeds are not supported. Automations are retrieved from Orchestrator and only the cross-platform ones are available. The same applies for the Marketplace Widget when used in the Assistant on MacOS.

Chrome 拡張機能

Assistant を macOS で実行する場合、ブラウザーの Web オートメーションを使用するプロセスでは Google Chrome 拡張機能が必要です。

When the Assistant is launched for the first time, if the extension is not detected, a prompt is displayed on the Assistant home page to install it. Additionally, you can add the extension from the UiPath^® extensions section of the Preferences menu in the Assistant.

インストールが完了したら、ブラウザーを再起動して拡張機能を手動で有効化する必要があります。

MacOS でプロセスをテストする

Studio で MacOS のプロセスを設計する場合、テストはリモート デバッグを使用して特定の MacOS マシンに接続して行われます。

ログ

UiPath^® Assistant logs are found in the combined.logs file from the /Users/john.doe/Library/Application Support/UiPath/ folder.

これらのログには、ユーザーが Assistant 上で実行したすべての操作とエラーが含まれます。また、このフォルダーには他の特定の Assistant ファイルも含まれています。

既知の問題と制限事項

Assistant を macOS で使用する場合、次の機能は利用できません。

• Picture In Picture.
• デスクトップへのプロセスの送信
• Task Capture Launcher.
• RobotJS は Safari ブラウザーに対応していません。
• The UiPath^® Diagnostic Tool is not available on MacOS machines. Instead, in Assistant, in the Troubleshoot section, certain log files are collected manually, which results in an archive used for debugging.

Orchestrator 接続を更新する

Mac 用の既定の Orchestrator サービス URL は、store.json (/Applications/UiPath Assistant.app/Contents/Robot/uipath.config~/Library/Application Support/UiPath/store.json) から更新できます。

テレメトリをオプトアウトする

Mac 用の UiPath Assistant のテレメトリを無効化するには、uipath.config ファイル (/Applications/UiPath Assistant.app/Contents/Robot にあります) に以下を追加します。

重要:

テレメトリをオプト アウトすると、Sentry も無効化されます。
