Actions template

Actions Template lets you have a quick glance of your UiPath Actions data. This helps you increase productivity, and have an overall Actions summary for your team to help in reporting operational status of human tasks impacting overall business process executions. You can configure or set alarms for your widgets, to have the required data and information as soon as it happens. Check the sections below, to find out how to work with your template and how to configure your widgets.

Permissions

  • In order to view the Actions templates, you need Viewer role in Insights.

Filters

In the upper right side of the template, there's the Filter optiondocs image, from where you can sort by:
  • Catalog Name - with the possibility to choose from is any value, Day Off or PTO.
  • Creation Date - from where you can select a time-frame, using the dropdown list.

Metrics

The template gathers multiple widgets in order to display essential data. In the first row, there are the following widgets:
  • Completed Actions
  • Pending Actions
  • Unassigned Actions
  • Average Unassigned Time - measured in minutes
  • Average Pending Time - measured in minutes
  • Average Completion Time - measured in minutes
In the second row there are the following widgets:
  • Actions by Priority - can have Critical, High, Medium or Low.
  • Actions by Type - can have Form, External, Document Validation, Document Classification, Data Labeling and App.

The last row shows you All Users Actions data. Here, you can see the Assignee User Name, Pending, and Completed statuses and the Average Completion Time in minutes.

For each widget, in the upper right corner of the widget you can set an alert, or use the menu option to access various options.

Using the alert button you can customize an alert with a Condition, Where to send the alert, Frequency and Time.

Using the menu button you have the option to:
  • Explore from here - from where you are taken to a dashboard in order to have more in-depth data.
  • Download data - lets you download data in different formats selectable from the dropdown list, select Advanced data options (Results, Data values and Number of rows to include) and you can choose to Open in Browser or Download the results.
  • View - you can expand the widget for a better overview
  • Clear cache & refresh - clears the cache to help with errors, if any, and fetches the most recent data.
