Le formulaire I-9, officiellement l’Employment Eligibility Verification, est un formulaire des services de citoyenneté et d’immigration des États-Unis et il est utilisé pour vérifier l’identité et l’autorisation légale de travailler de tous les employés rémunérés aux États-Unis.

Le modèle peut extraire jusqu’à 67 champs qui peuvent être personnalisés selon les besoins de l’entreprise.

Particularités

Le modèle détecte automatiquement des données telles que :

• Prénom de l’employé, nom, initiale du deuxième prénom, adresse, date de naissance, SSN, e-mail, téléphone,
• Statut de citoyenneté,
• Examen et vérification de l’employeur ou du représentant autorisé : titre du document, autorité de délivrance, numéro du document, date d’expiration,
• Revérification et réembauches : prénom, nom de famille, date de réembauche, titre du document, numéro de document.

However, if you are using custom-trained extractors, the availability of extracted fields is dependant on the version you are currently using.
