Troubleshooting

Diagnose and fix common Delegate issues, organized by area — setup and installation, tasks and prompts, security and permissions, connections, routines, skills and add-ons, and settings.

Delegate issues are grouped by area. Each is documented on its own page:

• Setup and installation troubleshooting — screen context, website access, the browser extension, sign-in
• Tasks and prompts troubleshooting — misunderstood requests, unexpected actions, slow runs, repeated confirmation prompts
• Security and permissions troubleshooting — permission denials, failed approvals, blocked apps and sites
• Connections troubleshooting — failed connections, missing scopes, MCP server issues
• Routines troubleshooting — routines that can't be found, missing inputs, partial failures, scheduled runs that don't fire
• Skills and add-ons troubleshooting — failed installs, skills that don't appear, runtime failures, unreachable feeds
• Publishing and installing skills troubleshooting — issues publishing, browsing, installing, or reviewing skills
• Settings troubleshooting — changes that don't take effect, a corrupted settings file, secure settings that won't save
