Tutorial: Formatieren von Zellen

In diesem Tutorial erstellen wir eine einfache Automatisierung, die ein Format auf die Zellen in der Kopfzeile einer Kalkulationstabelle und ein anderes Format auf die Zellen in der ersten Spalte derselben Kalkulationstabelle anwendet. Wir wenden jedes Format auf eine Zelle im Projekt-Notebook des Projekts an und verwenden dann zwei Aktivitäten vom Typ Bereich kopieren , um das Format jeder Zelle in die gewünschte Zeile und Spalte in unserer Kalkulationstabelle zu kopieren.

1. Schritt 1: Projekt einrichten und erforderliche Dateien abrufen.

   1. Create a new blank project using the default settings.
   2. Laden Sie das Archiv mit dem Automatisierungsprojekt in diesem Tutorial herunter und extrahieren Sie es mit der Schaltfläche am unteren Rand dieser Seite. Kopieren Sie die Datei DoubleUI.xlsx Ihren Projektordner.

2. Schritt 2: Anwenden der gewünschten Formate auf zwei Zellen im Projektnotizbuch

   1. Klicken Sie im StudioX-Menüband auf Projektnotizbuch. Die Datei Project_Notebook.xlsx wird geöffnet.

   2. Wenden Sie das folgende Format für die erste Spalte auf Zelle A1 im Scratchpad-Blatt des Projektnotizbuchs an:

      • Füllfarbe: Hellblau
      • Zahlenformat mit zwei Dezimalstellen

   3. Wenden Sie das folgende Format für die Kopfzeile auf Zelle B1 im Scratchpad-Blatt des Projektnotizbuchs an:

      • Füllfarbe: Hellgrau
      • Schriftstil: Fett

   4. Speichern und schließen Sie das Projektnotizbuch.

3. Schritt 3: DoubleUI.xlsx zum Projekt hinzufügen und Formate in die Spalte und Zeile kopieren.

   Die Formatierung wird aus den beiden Zellen im Scratchpad-Blatt der Projektnotizbuch-Datei in die Kopfzeile und die erste Spalte der DoubleUI-Datei kopiert.

   1. Click Add activity in the Designer panel, and then find the Use Excel File activity in the search box at the top of the screen and select it. A Use Excel File activity is added to the Designer panel.

   2. In der Aktivität:

      • Click Browse next to the Excel file field, and then browse to and select the file DoubleUI.xlsx

      • Geben Sie im Feld Referenzieren als DoubleUI ein.

      • Click Plus on the right side of the Source range field, and then select Project Notebook (Notes) > Indicate in Excel.

      • In the Excel file, select cell A1 in the Scratchpadsheet, and then click Confirm in the UiPath tab in the Excel ribbon.

      • Click Plus on the right side of the Destination range field, and then select DoubleUI > Indicate in Excel.

   5. Fügen Sie eine zweite „Bereich kopieren“-Aktivität (Copy Range) direkt unterhalb der vorhandenen hinzu.

      • Click Plus on the right side of the Source range field, and then select Project Notebook (Notes) > Indicate in Excel.

   7. Um die „Bereich kopieren“-Aktivitäten (Copy Range) leichter identifizierbar zu machen, bearbeiten Sie den Namen in der oberen Leiste jeder einzelnen. Verwenden Sie beispielsweise Copy Format Column für die erste Aktivität und Copy Format Row für die zweite Aktivität.

      

   8. Klicken Sie im StudioX-Menüband auf Speichern, um die Automatisierung zu speichern, und klicken Sie dann auf Ausführen, um die Automatisierung auszuführen.
