Verwalten von Projekten

In diesem Abschnitt wird beschrieben, wie Sie Projekte in der Funktion „Unstrukturierte und komplexe Dokumente“ in UiPath® IXP verwalten können.

Erstellen eines Projekts

Hinweis: Zum Erstellen von Projekten muss Ihnen die Rolle IXP Service Admin zugewiesen sein.

Sie können Projekte mit folgenden Methoden erstellen:

• Von Grund auf neu, indem Sie ein leeres Projekt erstellen.
• Verwenden Sie Vorlagen, bei denen es sich um einen vorkonfigurierten Satz von Taxonomien handelt, mit denen Sie Projekte mit vordefinierten, validierten Schemas aller erforderlichen Taxonomieelemente erstellen können, die Sie weiter an Ihre Anforderungen anpassen können.
  
  
  
  

Erstellen eines Projekts von Grund auf

Um Projekte von Grund auf neu zu erstellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Gehen Sie zur Funktion „Unstrukturierte und komplexe Dokumente“.
2. Wählen Sie auf der Registerkarte Projekte die Option Projekt erstellen.
3. Geben Sie den Namen Ihres Projekts ein.
4. Wählen Sie Erstellen.

Erstellen eines Projekts mithilfe von Vorlagen

Um Projekte mithilfe von Vorlagen zu erstellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Gehen Sie zur Funktion „Unstrukturierte und komplexe Dokumente“.
2. Wählen Sie die Registerkarte Vorlagen.
3. Wählen Sie eine Vorlage aus den auf der Seite angezeigten Optionen aus. Alternativ können Sie auch über die Suchleiste überprüfen, ob eine bestimmte Vorlage verfügbar ist.
4. Sobald Sie eine Vorlage ausgewählt haben, können Sie sich eine Vorschau der Taxonomie anzeigen lassen, um zu überprüfen, ob die erforderlichen Felder und deren Anweisungen für Ihren Fall geeignet sind.
5. Wählen Sie Vorlage nutzen, um fortzufahren.
   Hinweis: Sobald Sie das Projekt erstellt haben, können Sie diese weiter an Ihre Anforderungen anpassen.
6. Geben Sie als Nächstes im Fenster Projekt erstellen entweder den Namen Ihres Projekts ein oder behalten Sie den Namen der Standardvorlage.
7. Wählen Sie Erstellen.

Bearbeiten eines Projekts

Um ein Projekt zu bearbeiten, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Gehen Sie zur Funktion „Unstrukturierte und komplexe Dokumente“.
2. Wählen Sie die Auslassungspunkte neben Ihrem Projekt und dann Projekt bearbeiten.
3. Ein Seitenbereich wird angezeigt, in dem Sie den Namen und die Beschreibung des Projekts ändern können.
4. Wählen Sie Speichern.

Löschen eines Projekts

Um ein Projekt zu bearbeiten, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Gehen Sie zur Funktion „Unstrukturierte und komplexe Dokumente“.
2. Wählen Sie die Auslassungspunkte neben Ihrem Projekt und dann Löschen.
3. Ein Popup-Fenster wird angezeigt, in das Sie zur Bestätigung Ihrer Aktion den genauen Namen des Projekts eingeben müssen, das Sie löschen möchten. Sobald der eingegebene Name mit dem Projektnamen übereinstimmt, wird die Taste Projekt löschen aktiviert.
4. Wählen Sie Projekt löschen.
   
   
   
   

Projektstatus

The Unstructured and Complex Documents capability includes a status indicator that shows whether the model is up to date or updating, along with the estimated updating time.

Each time you annotate or review fields in your project, your model updates, and the system creates a new model version.

When the model updates, it takes the latest information it has been supplied with and recomputes all of its predictions across the project. This process begins when you start updating. Often, when the Unstructured and Complex Documents capability finishes applying the predictions for one model version, it already recalculates the predictions for a newer model version. When you stop updating after a period of time, the capability will shortly catch up and apply the predictions that reflect the latest update completed in the project.

When you are in a project, one of the following icons indicates its current status:

	The project is up to date, and the predictions from the latest model version have been applied.
	The model is updating, and predictions may be outdated.

In the previous image, Applying predictions across all documents (v53) means that the model is applying predictions across all documents in the project, and not just the document in view in the document annotation view.

Note: Sometimes, you may notice that the Unstructured and Complex Documents capability is in the process of updating, even though you did not annotate or review any fields. This can be due to UiPath® deploying improvements to the platform and models that can require the models to update. Any automations relying on a specific model version number will be unaffected.
