Working With Licenses

Requesting a License

To request a license:

Click the Request Quote tab.
Choose a type of Orchestrator (OnPrem or Cloud) and click OnPrem Orchestrator or Cloud Orchestrator.
Select Add products to one of your existing Orchestrators or Buy products for a New Orchestrator, based on your use case.
In the Browse Products section, click the plus sign icon inside the frame of the product that you want to buy.
Inside the Cart section, change the quantity for each SKU or product added to your cart.
Click Continue to continue the purchasing process.
Choose the preferred activation date and the duration of a specific license.
Click Request Quote to send your license request to your UiPath Account Manager via email. Once the license request is sent, you will receive a confirmation email that summarizes the request.

Depending on the type of Orchestrator you selected (OnPrem or Cloud), the Shop Products portal displays all compatible SKUs that you can add to it.

Exporting License Information

You can download the license information in CSV format. Inside the License section, click the Download CSV button.

Using the Overflow Menu

The Overflow Menu on each license offers the following functionalities:

Functionality	Description
Display Name	You can add a Display Name for each license. The Display Name that you choose allows you and your team to easily differentiate between licenses, apart from the licenses code and the start or end dates.
Notes	You can add notes that are visible to all users who have View permissions for Licenses.
New License	You can add a new license, depending on the license type. The License Type redirects you to the Request Quote flow with that particular license pre-selected. This is a shortcut for requesting a quote, to add new products to that license.
