Automation Hub release notes

Process Repository is now generally available
The Process Repository is now generally available. The Process Repository provides a dedicated space in Automation Hub for documenting and governing your organization's business processes — separate from the automation pipeline. Business process entries are organized through a capability map that reflects your organizational taxonomy, support process map authoring, and can be linked to Studio Web solutions. With this release, the Process Repository also gains a built-in process map editor, versioning for process maps, and collaborative commenting.
Process map editor in Process Repository
You can now create and edit process maps directly in Process Repository using the built-in BPMN modelling canvas — a dedicated experience for modelers. This removes the need to model in Studio Web and link the result back to Automation Hub. Process maps remain fully compatible with Studio Web.
For details, see Creating and editing process maps.
Process maps versioning
Process maps in the Documentation section now support versioning. When saving a process map, you can update the current version or save it as a new version with a description of what changed. Previous versions are listed in a side panel and can be restored at any time.
For details, see Managing process map versions.
Collaborative comments on process maps
You can now add comments anchored to specific elements on process maps — tasks, events, gateways, pools, lanes, and flows. Comments support threaded replies and @mentions of users.
For details, see Commenting on process maps.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where formatted text in customized idea flow descriptions was not displayed on the Submit Idea page.
- Fixed an issue where Automation Store users were not notified when a new version of an installed automation was published.

Automation Program feature toggle
Account Owners can now enable or disable the Automation Program from Admin Console > Account > Settings > Feature Toggles. When disabled, the Explore Automation Program landing page and all non-Business-Process idea flows are hidden across the platform. Existing ideas are preserved and become visible again if the feature is re-enabled.
This toggle is designed for organizations that use Automation Hub exclusively for process documentation through the Process Repository, without enabling the broader automation program flows.
For details, see Updating the Settings.
Customize Workspace Filters
Administrators can now control which Phase and Status values appear in workspace filter dropdowns. The new Customize Workspace Filters page, available at Admin Console > Customize > Customize workspace filters, lets you hide values that are not relevant to your organization. Changes apply immediately to the filter UI without affecting the underlying data.
For details, see Customize Workspace Filters.
