通过输出配置，您可以按照以下详细信息选择是否要使用 PII 数据掩码。

连续上传

在持续上传配置中创建并选择 Task Mining 项目时，将自动创建 AI Center™ 项目。

要选择另一个项目进行持续上传：

1. 在“配置即将进行的输出”中选择“编辑”。

2. 从下拉列表中选择 AiCenter 项目。

3. 设置“分析名称”的名称。

4. 单击“保存”以应用更改。

   

网络共享文件夹

备注：

此选项需要手动操作和额外的监督。如有可能，建议使用“连续”选项。

Collecting data using this option requires first set up a network shared folder. Refer toSetting up the shared network folder . Later install an additional desktop component Study Uploader. Refer to Using StudyUploader for details.

• 在“网络共享文件夹”区域中，指定拥有写入权限的用户可以访问的网络共享驱动器的路径。使用以下路径格式：format: \\network\folder\path

PII 数据掩码

个人可识别信息 (PII) 是指在单独使用或与其他相关数据一起使用时，可以识别个人身份的信息。您可以根据自己的喜好开启或关闭此功能。

PII 检测模型可查找的内容类别经过预先配置，并且受限制：

• 敏感 PII 信息包括如下法律统计信息：

PII 类型	描述
社会保险号 (SSN)	这是颁发给美国公民、永久居民和临时工作居民的 9 位数号码。
信用卡/借记卡	信用卡或借记卡的号码、到期日期和卡验证码。
银行业务路由	美国银行账户路由号码。长度通常为 9 位数。
电话	电话号码。包括传真号码和传呼机号码。
Address	物理地址，例如“Suite #1, Building 1234”。地址可以包括街道、大厦、位置、市、省/直辖市/自治区、国家/地区、县、邮政编码、区域和社区等。

护照	护照号码介于 6 到 9 个字母数字字符之间。

备注：

• 某些 PII 类型的数据是特定于国家/地区的，并不适用于每个国家/地区。
• 为使 PII 掩码功能按预期运行，必须安装桌面应用程序版本 21.6.71 或更高版本。

已录制的应用

查看和管理捕获用户任务的应用程序列表。 记录器客户端仅记录这些应用程序的数据。

在“已录制的应用程序”部分下，通过添加应用程序或网站来创建“已录制的应用程序”列表。这是确保成功录制的必需步骤。“客户端应用程序”仅会记录这些应用程序和网站的数据。

• Globally for all users tab - the list of applications that are implemented and recorded for all the users. Once you set the list of the Recorded Apps, users cannot change it. However, they can request other applications to be added through the Recorder Settings. Refer toRecorder settings for details.
  • “允许录制”- 将包含在录制中的应用程序和网站的列表。
  • “拒绝录制”：录制器在录制时将忽略的应用程序和网站列表。

允许录制应用程序或网站

To add an application or website to the Allow recording list, use the Search option to be sure the app is not already added and follow the applicable scenario as listed below.

1. Select Allow.

3. Enter the name of the application or the domain of the website for which you want to allow recording and select Add.

   

For executables, make sure that the name you enter is the same as the file name of the executable, and that it is in the .exe format. For websites, make sure that you enter the correct domain name and the extension, for example, uipath.com. To find the correct executable name of an application, refer to How to Find the Executable File for a Program.

备注：

如果将浏览器设置为允许列表，则系统会收集所有网站/URL。 为避免从个人网站收集数据，请使用拒绝列表阻止收集特定网站。

备注：

By adding a website to the Allow recording list, you are giving permission for that specific site to be recorded regardless of what browser is used to access it. Even if the browser itself is not explicitly added in the Allow recording list, the permitted website will still be recorded.

备注：

Applications that require OS Administrator permissions to run won’t be captured unless the user runs the recording application as Administrator.

拒绝录制应用程序或网站

To add an application or website to the Deny recording list use the Search option to be sure the app is not already added and follow the applicable scenario as listed below.

您还可以从“允许录制”列表中选择应用程序和/或网站，并将其移至“拒绝录制”列表。

Follow these steps to add an application or website that is not available in the Deny recording list tab.

1. Select Deny.
2. 系统将显示“拒绝应用程序或网站”弹出窗口。
3. Enter the name of the application or the domain of the website for which you want to deny recording and select Add.

对于可执行文件，请确保您输入的名称与可执行文件的文件名相同，并且格式为 .exe。对于网站，请确保输入正确的域名和扩展名，例如 uipath.com。

删除应用程序或网站

Follow the steps below to Delete an application from the recording list.

1. 在列表中找到应用程序或网站，并单击选项按钮。

3. 应用程序或网站已从列表中删除。

   重要提示：

   If the recorded apps list is empty, you will be prompted with a notification dialog that allows you to add apps or skip and proceed, but by skipping, you will not record any steps.

数据收集策略（可选）

The Data collection policies allows the Company Admin(s) to easily inform the users about the recording process and gather their consent to record the data for a Task Mining project.

View users consent logs enables you to browse the consent collection history. The Show consent dialog for users option is enabled by default. You cannot disable it.
