查看仪表板

要查看仪表板并与仪表板数据进行交互，请通过以下方式从“Insights”页面中打开所需的仪表板：

• 在网格视图中，单击相应图块中的任意位置。

• 在列表视图中，单击仪表板名称。

• 在另一个仪表板中，从下拉列表中选择仪表板名称。

  

You can create a new dashboard or edit widgets in an existing dashboard in the Insights Portal. To access the Insights Portal, click the Edit button from any dashboard or widget. This will open a new tab with that dashboard or widget opened for editing.

备注：

The Create and Edit dashboard buttons are only visible for Designer users. For users with view permissions only, these options do not appear.

管理筛选器

您可以使用“筛选”窗格来操作和筛选仪表板数据，或直接与微件可视化进行交互。

Please note that permanent filters can only be created from the Insights Portal, the filtering performed by interacting with the widgets does not persist beyond your current session. See here for more details.

筛选器窗格

要打开“筛选器”窗格，请单击“展开筛选器”按钮。

在“筛选器”窗格中，您可以：

1. 开启或关闭筛选器。

2. 更改筛选器控件中的选择。

3. 打开“编辑筛选器”窗口，以更改筛选器参数：

   

微件筛选器

通过单击微件中的任意相应值来筛选数据，筛选器将立即应用于您的仪表板并显示在“筛选器”窗格中。再次单击值或“删除选择”按钮，或者在“筛选器”窗格中切换值，以删除筛选器。

微件向下钻取

向下钻取可让您深入了解指定的值。例如：

此处，原始图表显示在左侧，右侧表示根据选定向下钻取 (Age Range) 向下钻取选定值 (Female) 的视图。要向下钻取任意所需的值，请执行以下操作：

1. 右键单击微件项目，然后选择“深入钻取”。系统将显示“在数据浏览器中”。
2. 将显示仪表板所有者的预定义向下钻取和您先前的向下钻取（如果存在）以供选择，或选择“选择其他字段”并定义新的向下钻取。
3. 使用显示的面包屑导航在向下钻取级别中导航，或单击 x 图标以返回到原始微件。

下载仪表板

可以将仪表板视图下载为 .pdf 文件或 .png 图像文件：

1. 单击仪表板或微件的“更多操作”按钮。

2. 单击“下载图像”以直接保存文件。

3. 您还可以选择“下载 PDF”。系统将显示“PDF 报告设置”窗口：

   

4. 为“纸张大小”和“方向”选择所需的选项。单击“下载”以获取自定义的 .pdf 报告。
