转换

转换可用于根据所需的输出修改任何提取的值。所有这些转换都均通过自然语言完成。

To initiate a transformation, hover over a data field from the data mapper and select the double arrow symbol . Then, you can use the text field to add the instruction for the transformation to be performed.

添加文本说明后，要应用转换，请按 Enter 键或在文本框外部单击，您可以看到转换立即生效。

但是，如果文本说明不够清晰，则系统不会显示文本 Empty，而是会显示文本，以指示未发生转换，并且不会使用目标文档中的值填充数据字段。

您可以执行多种转换，如下所示：

• 通过指定原始日期格式和所需日期格式，将一种日期格式转换为另一种日期格式；例如，将 MM-DD-YY 格式转换为 DD/MM/YYYY
• 通过指定原始计量单位和所需计量单位，将一种计量单位转换为另一种计量单位；例如，将米转换为英里
• 通过指定原始货币和所需货币将一种货币转换为另一种货币；例如，将美元转换为欧元
• 提出问题以获得特定的输出；例如，此地址是否为俄亥俄州？
• 将文本从一种语言翻译成另一种语言
• 仅提取某个值的子集
• 要求提供摘要
• 任何其他文本更改，例如以不同方式拼写单词（从小写改为大写）或缩写单词（例如，将 Developer 更改为 dev）等。

如您所料，系统只会将新值（从转换中派生的值）粘贴到目标文档中。例如，当您提出问题时，系统只会进一步粘贴问题的答案，因此，如果您有类似“此地址是否为俄亥俄州？”的问题，并且回答是“Yes”，则系统仅在目标文档中填充 Yes。

应用转换后，您可以：

• edit the transformation by hovering over the data field and selecting the pencil symbol ; this opens again the text field and you add another instruction for the transformation to be performed
• delete the transformation by hovering over the data field and selecting the trash bin symbol ; this deletes the transformation and the original extracted value is restored
