先决条件

访问 Autopilot for Everyone 的先决条件，包括系统、访问权限和许可证要求。

要访问 Autopilot for Everyone，请确保满足以下先决条件：

• 您的计算机上将安装 UiPath Assistant 和 Robot 2024.10.5 或更高版本企业版。如果您使用网页版 Assistant，则此操作不是必需的。
• 机器人将安装在用户模式下。如果您使用网页版 Assistant，则此操作不是必需的。
• 您可以使用服务 URL 登录 Assistant。
• 您已加入企业计划，并持有可启用有人值守自动化的用户许可证。
• 您的租户已启用 Document Understanding 服务。
  重要提示：

  您需要 AI Unit 才能启用 Document Understanding 服务。 要访问 AI Unit，请将 AI Center 服务添加到租户。

• Autopilot for Everyone 已安装在 Automation Cloud™ 租户中。要在 Assistant 网页版中使用，您必须安装 Autopilot for Everyone 2025.4.1 版本。
• 您有权访问租户中的 Autopilot 文件夹。
• 已为您的帐户启用个人工作区。

角色和权限

要与 Autopilot for Everyone 交互，您需要以下角色和权限：

• Autopilot 文件夹中的Automation User角色。
• 系统会在 Orchestrator 中为您的用户帐户选择“允许用户运行自动化”选项。
• 已为您的用户帐户启用个人工作区。
• Autopilot 文件夹中资源覆盖的查看权限。

许可和策略

要访问 Autopilot for Everyone：

• 确保您拥有 Automation Cloud™ 企业计划。
• 确保您拥有有效的用户许可证。

如果保留了 24.10.1 Assistant 策略，默认情况下会显示 Autopilot for Everyone 小组件。要为您的组织禁用小组件，请应用您自己的 Automation Ops 策略。

重要提示：

Assistant 策略的租户级别部署不会正确传播给用户，并会阻止显示 Autopilot for Everyone 微件。作为临时解决方案，请将 Assistant 策略直接部署到包含目标用户的用户组。

The Express User license (previously known as Autopilot Express in the Flex licensing model, and as Automation Express in legacy assignments) allows you to execute automations only from the following Orchestrator folders. For the full list of capabilities, refer to Express User license.

• Autopilot — 通过 Autopilot for Everyone 安装安装和部署的自动化
• 工具自动化和子文件夹 - 由 Autopilot for Everyone 管理员部署的开箱即用自动化

重要提示：

如果您作为管理员，以前从 Marketplace 解决方案部署了开箱即用的自动化，我们建议：

• 通过 Autopilot for Everyone 管理员体验重新安装开箱即用的自动化捆绑包，以及
• 删除任何手动部署的开箱即用自动化。

重要提示：

Express User 许可（适用于 Unified Pricing 计划）在 Automation Suite 中不可用。
