Link installed resources during upgrade and in Edit configuration

You can now link a resource that a previous solution version installed automatically to an existing resource, both when changing the solution version and when editing a deployment's configuration. This closes a gap where a missed link, for example a storage bucket that should have pointed to a shared bucket, could only be fixed by redeploying the solution from scratch.

Because linking an installed resource permanently deletes it and its data, you are asked to confirm the deletion before the operation runs. For details, see Changing the solution version and Editing a solution.
