Solutions Management Release Notes Guide
May 2024
We have added webhooks to the list of supported solution components. While the way you configure your solutions stays consistent, keep in mind that webhooks exhibit a specific trait: they do not get deleted from the tenant during the uninstall and downgrade operations.
Solutions Management now benefits from conflict resolution, a new functionality meant to address name clashes affecting tenant-level components.
This new feature prompts a validation error when you install or upgrade a solutions, and a component of the same name already exists in the tenant. Your options are the following:
-
Keep the existing component and do not create an additional one.
-
Keep the existing component and add additional new fields from the solution. Note that this option does not alter existing fields.
-
Rename the conflicting resource in the respective service (for instance, Orchestrator, Action Center) in the target tenant.
-
Rename the resource in the solution deployment if possible.
We have renamed the Links and replace option to Link to existing. For more details, see Linking components.
We have now introduced the ability to sort packages by publish date, from oldest to newest and vice versa. To sort packages by publish date, take the following steps:
-
Navigate to Automation Cloud™ Portal > Automation Ops > Solutions Management > Packages.
-
Select Publish date to sort packages by date.
