Improvements

The name of the platform is changed from Connect Enterprise Hub to Automation Hub.
All relevant areas in the platform are updated with the new name. There is a new logo, the root URL is updated as well as the content of the email notifications.

All the email notifications are redesigned, using the new logo.

The Upload Logo functionality is now available only to the Account Owner.

Admin Console > Platform setup > Idea Assessment: Several labels have been updated in order to provide consistency with the information from the Automation Profile.

Fixed Bugs

  • Automation Profile > Average Error Rate, Average Work to be Reviewed/Audited, Digital Input: the values displayed did not have the percentage sign (%) displayed.
  • Submit CoE-driven idea form: the Required Field warning message did not disappear once the Applications Used and Process Owner fields were filled in.
  • Automation Performance Dashboard > Benefits chart: the tooltip and an informative message relevant for the Current Pipeline - 1 year estimated benefits filter was not displayed for the case when there was not enough data to generate the chart.
  • Explore Automations, Explore People, Explore Components > Filters: if the option Select all was clicked, all the available data was selected even if filters were previously applied.
  • Admin Console > People > Bulk Upload: if a file containing a large number of users was uploaded through CVS, the Direct Manager column was not populated.

Features

Customers now have the possibility to Save a custom View for the All, Assessment Pipeline, and Decision Pipeline tables available in the Automation Pipeline. This option allows users to customize the visible columns, sorting options, filters, and the number of items displayed.

Improvements

Automation Pipeline > Quick View: Process Owner search has been optimized. This will decrease the search time especially for tenants with numerous users.

Automation Profile page > Collaborators > Manage Roles and Permissions > Add Collaborator: Collaborator search has been optimized. This will decrease the search time especially for tenants with numerous users.

Users are informed through a message displayed in all the sections used for file upload not to upload classified information or personal data.

Fixed Bugs

  • Workspace > Automation Pipeline > Decision Pipeline > Table > Action column: in case the table contained only a few items, not all the available Actions were visible.
  • Automation Profile page > Cost Benefit Analysis (Edit mode) > RPA Software Costs table: the header labels were truncated.
  • Average Automation Cost Dashboard > By Ease Of Implementation chart: the order in which the Cost Type columns were displayed was not consistent with the order of the Cost Types in Cost Benefit Analysis.
  • Explore Automations page: when accessed via Internet Explorer the automation cards were overlapping causing a mismatch in the sort area.
  • Submit idea - Employee Driven > Let's get started > question 1/9: when accessed via Internet Explorer users were not able to edit the Description area and were not allowed to move forward with the idea submission.

Features

Update the tenant with your company logo Customers now have the possibility to replace the Connect Enterprise Hub logo displayed on the left-hand corner of the header with their company logo.

Improvements

Dashboards > Automation Program Performance: the Pipeline Evolution chart can now be filtered by year.

The ability to select/deselect all options from filters with numerous items is available in Workspace tables, Explore, and Dashboards.

Admin Console > Cost Setup > RPA Software Costs: in the Cost Description column, users can define multiple license types for the same Automation Type from a certain vendor.

Automation Profile Page > Cost Benefit Analysis > RPA Software Costs: the Cost description field is now a drop-down list that facilitates the selection of the license type to be used for each automation.

Admin Console > Hierarchy: the hierarchy set up cannot be saved if there is not at least one automation area created.

Automation Profile Page > the Mark as Complete button is renamed to Submit Assessment and is repositioned in the lower right- hand corner of the page.

Fixed Bugs

  • Automation Profile Page > Cost Benefit Analysis: when overriding the FTR value, the affected fields were not highlighted.
  • Dashboards > Average Automation Cost: when selecting phases with common statuses several status options were duplicated.
  • Explore Components > Upload Component: there was no Cancel button available in the form.
  • Licensing: when upgrading to the Standard plan, even if the number of purchased paid licenses was lower than the existing number of CoE users from the tenant, the number of paid licenses was not updated accordingly in the tenant.
  • Explore Automation > Automation card: the unassigned Process Owner icon was not consistent with the one displayed in the Quick View.
  • Dashboards > Average Automation Cost: Cost type labels were overlapping if multiple cost types were added.
