We previously identified an issue that prevented upgrades from version 2023.10.7. As a result, we removed the 2023.10.7 installer from the download location. In the 2023.10.8 version, we have resolved the issue and upgrades are now successful.
If you have already installed the concerned version, we highly recommend that you read the corresponding release notes. They provide detailed information about the workaround, including how to run the script that guarantees successful future upgrades.
