Data Service を有効化する

To be able to create and use Data Service you first need to enable it for your tenant. Before enabling the service please check the Prerequisites.

注:

Data Service is a tenant level service signifying that each tenant data is segregated.

Automation Suite で Data Service を有効化する

Automation Suite インスタンスの一部として Data Service を有効化するシナリオは 2 つあります。

Automation Suite を新規インストールした場合

Data Service is provided as part of the Automation Suite basic profile, hence it is enabled automatically, regardless if you select the basic or the complete profile. To disable Data Service, follow the Advanced installation experience in the Automation Suite guide for the desired version.

Automation Suite にアップグレードした場合

To enable Data Service after upgrading the Automation Suite version, follow the Managing products - Enabling or disabling Data Service guide for the desired version.

テナントで Data Service を有効化する

Automation Suite のインストールの一部としてサービスを使用できるようになった後は、テナントにもサービスを提供する必要があります。

下記の手順を実行し、Data Service をテナントに対して有効化します。

1. Automation Suite の管理者資格情報でログインし、[管理] ページにアクセスします。
2. サイドバーに表示される利用可能なテナントのリストからテナントを選択します。
3. Select Services. The list of currently available services is displayed.
4. Select Data Service, then select Add. The Allocate licenses panel opens.
5. Select the number of Data Service Units (DSU) to add to your tenant, then select Add. You can also select Skip, which allocates the default selection of all available free licenses. Your tenant now updates, then returns you to the Services page.

Data Service がお使いのテナントで有効化され、使用可能になります。

Data Service の使用制限

Data Service を使用する際には、以下の制限事項に留意してください。

Data Service のリソース	上限量
エンティティ	テナントあたり最大 500 個のエンティティとチョイス セット。
フィールド	エンティティあたり最大 200 個のフィールド
ファイル	添付ファイルあたり最大 10 MB
Choice set	チョイス セットあたり最大 250 個のオプション。

注:

Data Service では、テナントに割り当てられている Data Service ユニットの数に関係なく、1 分あたり 5,000 件の API 呼び出しのレート制限が適用されます。
