エンティティのデータを管理する

Data Service で、エンティティのデータ レコードを追加、編集、インポート、削除します。

You can import the entity in UiPath^® Studio and use it in your process to create data. You can also add, manage, and delete basic data for entities directly in Data Service.

データを追加する

To add new data to an entity:

1. Select the entity for which you want to add more data.
2. [データ] タブにアクセスします。
3. Select Add New Data.
4. In the Add Data panel, add a value for each field that you have defined for the entity.
5. [保存] を選択します。

[データ] タブに新しいデータ レコードが表示されます。

CSV ファイルを使用してデータをインポートする

Import records from a CSV file to add new data to an existing entity.

はじめる前に

• You have Read and Create permissions for the entity to which you intend to import data.
• You use a web browser other than Mozilla Firefox. Importing is not supported in Firefox.
• Relationship fields, choice sets, and auto-number fields in the entity are designed as non-required. Importing is not supported for data in these fields.
• Your CSV file meets the prerequisites for the CSV file.

CSV ファイルの前提条件

To ensure the successful outcome of the import operation, your CSV file must meet the following prerequisites.

File format:

• CSV ファイルは、次のいずれかの種類として保存する必要があります。
  • CSV (コンマ区切り) (*.csv)
  • CSV (MS-DOS) (*.csv)
  • CSV (UTF-8) (*.csv)
• CSV ファイルの列区切り文字はコンマである必要があります。
• The CSV file can be at most 10 MB.
• The CSV file can contain at most 30,000 entries.

Column content:

• CSV ファイルの列は、エンティティ フィールドの表示名と一致する必要があります。
• CSV ファイルの列は、フィールドのデータ型と一致する必要があります。たとえば、[Text] 型のフィールドの場合、CSV の列はテキストを含む必要があります。
• CSV ファイルの列では、必須としてマークされたエンティティ フィールドには値が必要です。
• Data Service で一意としてマークされたフィールドに対応する CSV ファイル内の列には重複するデータを含めることはできません。

Import the file

1. Navigate to the entity where you want to import data.
2. In the Fields or Data tab of the selected entity, select Import data. The File explorer window opens.
3. インポートするデータを含む CSV ファイルを参照します。
4. If a pop-up message asks you to confirm because you previously selected the same file, confirm the import.

インポートに成功する

インポートが成功した場合は、インポートが正常に完了したことを知らせるポップアップが表示され、インポートの成功結果が表示されます。

新しいレコードは太字のフォントで表示されます。

システム組み込みの [CreatedBy] フィールドには、最初のインポートを実行したアカウントが表示されます。一方、システム組み込みの [Created] フィールドには最初のインポートの日付が表示されます。 [ModifiedBy] フィールドと [Modified] フィールドは、同じエンティティに対して後から行ったインポートに関する詳細を提供します。

CSV ファイルのデータがないフィールドには既定値が入力されます。

インポートに失敗する

インポートの失敗を示すメッセージ ボックスを表示し、インポートが失敗した際のエラーを通知します。

An import can succeed overall even when individual records fail. You can access an output file containing the failed records for review.

10 人を超えるユーザーが同時にインポートすると、調整が行われインポートが失敗する可能性があります。この問題が発生した場合は、インポートをもう一度お試しください。

次の場合には、全体のインポートに失敗します。

• 最初の 100 件のレコードのうち 80 件がインポートに失敗する。
• Network connectivity issues occur.
  重要:

  If you cannot download the failed records file, request a copy by reaching out to support within seven days. Provide the following data:

  • Date and time of the import
  • 組織 ID
  • エンティティ ID
  • ユーザーのメール アドレス

Updating data

To modify a data entry:

注:

システム組み込みフィールドの値は変更できません。

1. In the Data tab, select the checkbox in front of the data row you want to edit.
2. Select Edit, available on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. 更新を適用します。
4. [保存] を選択します。

注:

You can also modify a data entry inline by selecting the field for a data row you want to edit. Make your changes, and then select outside the field or press Enter to persist them.

データを削除する

To delete a data record:

1. In the Data tab, select the checkbox in front of the data row you want to delete.
2. Select the Delete icon available on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select Delete in the Delete Data dialog to confirm the action.

[データ] タブのデータ レコードのリストからデータ レコードが削除されます。
