What to gather before contacting UiPath Support for Cartographer: product version, session ID, session transcript, working file paths, and the exported log bundle.

If you need to contact UiPath Support, these things help them help you faster — you can retrieve each yourself.

取得するには	次の操作を行う
製品バージョン	設定 > [全般] > > バージョンについて
セッション ID	エージェントに「サーバー側に表示されるこのセッションのセッション ID を提供してください」と依頼します。プロジェクト ID とは異なる GUID を返します。
セッションのトランスクリプト	会話の中央上部のドロップダウンを開き、[ マークダウンとしてエクスポート ] を選択して、トランスクリプト全体を .md ファイルとして保存します。
作業ファイルへのファイル パス	エージェントに「ナレッジ Wiki と保存された PDD へのパスを教えてください」と依頼します。Cartographer は、セッション中の Wiki、生成された PDD、およびダイアグラムの Markdown バージョンへのローカル パスを返します。
ログ バンドル (より深刻な問題の場合)	設定> [全般] > > エクスポート について > ダウンロード テクニカル ログの .zip が生成されます。

What's in the log bundle

The exported .zip contains the application's log files:

ファイル	内容
main.log, and main.old.log for the previous session	General application activity — startup, settings, and skill and plugin loading.
interop-<date>.log, one per day	The Interop process — connection setup, authentication, proxy resolution, and cloud communication.
pip-spawner-<date>.log	The picture-in-picture spawner process, used for background and picture-in-picture session capture.
