Tenant level consumption
linkThe AI Units tenant consumption dashboard outlines the usage pattern of AI units specific to an individual tenant.
Note:
- Dashboard data is limited to information from the same region as that of the organization.
- Data is refreshed every 24 hours.
- The name of the default tenant may be displayed as Unknown in the following scenarios:
- If the tenant was created while the organization was on the Community plan, but it was then moved to the Enterprise plan.
- If the data pertains to a different region than that of the organization.
- If the consumption data pertains to missing transactions, such as those with no job ID.
- If the value for the Orchestrator folder is displayed as Unknown, it means that there is no related data. This could result from using an outdated Robot or activity package version.
- The dashboard displays all data from a tenant.
- The dashboard displays consumption data from one of the following:
- AI units allocated at the tenant level.
- AI units allocated at the organization level. This only applies if the tenant has no allocated AI units, but there is an associated tenant for the consumption event. For example, the number of AI units consumed by a tenant displayed on the dashboard will match the number displayed on the organization-level dashboard.
