Overview

Follow this procedure to update the UiPath Insights license.

Update UiPath Insights License

1. Ensure the user, who is updating the license files, has administrator rights on the machine where Insights is installed.

2. Search for UiPath Insights License Files and download the ZIP file from Customer Portal Product Downloads.

   Note:

   Requires Customer Portal account.

3. Extract the files.

4. Place the prism.oxy file in the C:\ProgramData\Sisense location, as shown below.

   

5. Place the enc.oxy and smid.mid files in the C:\ProgramData\Sisense\Oxygen\server location as shown below:

   

6. Restart the Oxygen service.

   

7. You can check the updated license by launching the Sisense Activation program, as shown in the screenshots below.
