Gestion des données pour une entité

Add, edit, and delete data records for an entity in Data Service.

You can import the entity in UiPath^® Studio and use it in your process to create data. You can also add, manage, and delete basic data for entities directly in Data Service.

Ajouter des données

To add new data to an entity:

1. Select the entity for which you want to add more data.
2. Accédez à l'onglet Données (Data).
3. Select Add New Data.
4. In the Add Data panel, add a value for each field that you have defined for the entity.
5. Sélectionnez Enregistrer.

Un nouvel enregistrement de données s'affiche dans l'onglet Données (Data).

Updating data

To modify a data entry:

Vous ne pouvez pas modifier la valeur des champs intégrés au système.

1. In the Data tab, select the checkbox in front of the data row you want to edit.
2. Select Edit, available on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Appliquez les mises à jour.
4. Sélectionnez Enregistrer.

Remarque :

You can also modify a data entry inline by selecting the field for a data row you want to edit. Make your changes, and then select outside the field or press Enter to persist them.

Suppression de données (Deleting Data)

To delete a data record:

1. In the Data tab, select the checkbox in front of the data row you want to delete.
2. Select the Delete icon available on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select Delete in the Delete Data dialog to confirm the action.

L'enregistrement de données est supprimé de la liste des enregistrements de données dans l'onglet Données (Data).
