Le complément UiPath Assistant pour Excel

Le complément UiPath Assistant pour Excel vous permet d'utiliser les fonctionnalités d'UiPath Assistant dans l'application Excel native. Cela permet d'exécuter, de gérer et de configurer facilement des automatisations spécifiques à Excel sans avoir à passer d'une application à l'autre.

Prérequis

• UiPath Assistant 2023.4.2 ou version ultérieure connectée à Orchestrator avec une licence attended (assistée).
• Au moins une automatisation avec la balise excelAddin ou créée avec le modèle Studio de « UiPath Assistant pour le processus Excel ».
• Microsoft Excel 2016 ou version ultérieure, ou Microsoft 365 Excel en ligne.

Remarque :

The UiPath Assistant for Excel Add-in does not currently support Excel for macOS or non-chromium based browsers when used in Excel online.

Installation du complément

Le complément UiPath Assistant pour Excel peut être installé directement à partir du Microsoft Store, ou à l'aide d'un fichier manifeste pour l'ajouter manuellement sur votre machine ou le déployer sur plusieurs machines dans votre environnement.

Important :

The Microsoft store always provides the latest version of UiPath Assistant for Excel add-in, which can break compatibility with older versions of the UiPath Assistant. Because of this, installing the add-in from the Microsoft store is recommended exclusively for Community users. For Enterprise users, we recommend deploying the add-in using the manifest file to ensure compatibility.

Utilisation du fichier manifeste

Dans Excel Desktop

Le complément est activé via le fichier manifeste à l’aide d’un processus appelé « chargement latéral ». Pour ce faire, suivez les étapes ci-dessous :

1. Download the manifest file from the Product Downloads section in Customer Portal.
2. Follow the steps described in the Microsoft documentation on this topic.
3. In Excel, go to the Insert tab, and click My Add-ins, select Shared Folder, click on the UiPath tile, and select Add. A new tab called UiPath appears on the Microsoft Excel toolbar.
4. Select the UiPath tab -> Find Automations to see the UiPath Assistant for Excel add-in.

Dans Excel Online

1. In Excel Online, open a spreadsheet, then go to the Home tab.
2. Click Add-ins > My Add-ins.
3. Click Upload my Add-ins, and browse to the manifest file.

Déploiement administrateur

1. Download the manifest file from the Product Downloads section in Customer Portal.
2. In a cloud deployment environment, you can deploy the add-in to your organization by using the Microsoft 365 admin center. Read more about using Integrated Apps or Centralized Deployment.

Remarque :

When the add-in is loaded for the first time, the latest version available is used. Once the connection with the UiPath Assistant is created, the add-in version syncs to the Assistant one.

1. Access this link and select Get it now.

Alternatively, you can add the UiPath Assistant for Excel add-in directly from the Get Add-ins section in the Excel application.

Pour ce faire, suivez les étapes ci-dessous :

1. In Microsoft Excel (both desktop and online), open a spreadsheet, then go to the Insert tab.
2. Click Get Add-ins, enter the WA200005457 ID in the search box, and click Add.

Connexion

Lorsque vous ouvrez le complément UiPath Assistant pour Excel pour la première fois, si UiPath Assistant n’est pas en cours d’exécution, vous êtes invité à le lancer.

If you are not logged in the UiPath Assistant, or if no automations are available, make sure you are connected to Orchestrator with a valid attended license, and you have at least one automation that has the excelAddin tag deployed for your account.

Création d'automatisations à l'aide du modèle

Pour créer une automatisation pour UiPath Assistant pour Excel, utilisez le modèle Studio dédié du même nom. Ce modèle comporte la balise excelAddin et deux arguments d’entrée (in_FilePath et in_Selection) qui se remplissent au moment du runtime, ce qui facilite la transmission des données entre Excel et l’automatisation. Étant donné que ces automatisations ont la balise excelAddin , elles sont automatiquement ajoutées au complément UiPath Assistant pour Excel une fois publiées.

Vous pouvez également créer vos propres automatisations, en vous assurant qu'elles disposent de la balise excelAddin. Pour bénéficier de l'un ou l'autre de ces arguments d'entrée, ils doivent être créés/utilisés à l'intérieur du workflow.

Lorsque les arguments d'entrée in_FilePath et in_Selection sont présents dans une automatisation créée pour le complément, ils sont automatiquement remplis comme suit :

• in_FilePath (String) : représente le chemin d’accès au fichier à partir duquel le complément démarre le processus.
• in_Selection (String) : représente la ou les cellules sélectionnées au démarrage du processus.

La variable in_Selection utilise le schéma [Sheet]![Range], ce qui signifie que si vous devez utiliser différentes sélections pour différentes feuilles, vous pouvez créer des variables distinctes à utiliser comme valeurs pour chaque feuille ou plage.

Remarque :

If you need more selections, create additional input arguments, new range variables, and new sheet variables if your selection is from a different sheet. Afterward, you can drag and drop the Parse Excel selection workflow into your main sequence and import the newly created arguments and variables.
