Erstellen von Beziehungen

Um eine Beziehung zwischen Ihren Entitäten zu erstellen, führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:

1. Wählen Sie aus der Liste Entitäten die Entität aus, für die Sie eine Beziehung hinzufügen möchten.
2. Wählen Sie Entität verwalten aus.
3. Wählen Sie im Abschnitt Lokale Felder die Option Feld hinzufügen aus und geben Sie einen Anzeigenamen und einen Namen an. Wählen Sie Beziehung aus der Dropdownliste Typ aus. Der Bereich Erweiterte Optionen wird geöffnet.
   
   

   

   
   
4. Wählen Sie die Entität, für die Sie eine Beziehung erstellen möchten, aus der Dropdownliste Zugehörige Entität aus.
5. Wählen Sie das Anzeigefeld, das auf der Benutzeroberfläche angezeigt werden soll, aus der Dropdownliste Anzeigefeld für verwandte Entitäten aus .
6. Wählen Sie Anwenden aus.

Die Beziehung wird als neues Feld im Abschnitt Lokale Felder hinzugefügt.

Beim Hinzufügen von Daten können Sie Werte aus der zugehörigen Entität auswählen.

Scope restrictions

Relationship scoping rules apply as follows:

• Tenant-level entities can only be related to other tenant-level entities.
• Folder-level entities can only be related to entities in folders where the user has access.
• Cross-scope relationships (Tenant to Folder or Folder to Tenant) are not supported.

Choice sets support the same tenant/folder scoping as entities:

• Tenant-level choice sets are visible to all users within the tenant.
• Folder-level choice sets are accessible only within the selected folder.
• Visibility and usage rules mirror entity scoping for consistent data isolation.

The following table describes how folder-level scoping affects each role when working with related entities or choice sets.

Rolle	Auswirkungen
Schema Designer	You must have access to the related entity's or choice set's folder to include it in a schema.
Datenleser	You must have access to both the parent and related entity folders to query complete data. Without access to both, the related field is omitted from results.
Datenverfasser	You must have access to both the parent and related entity folders to write to related fields. If access to the related folder is missing, the data write is partial. If a related field is marked Required, the data write fails entirely for users without full access.
Automation Developer	You must have access to both the parent and related entity to use that entity in a workflow. Partial access prevents the entity from being used.
Automation User	Permissions are evaluated at execution time. The operation completes fully or partially depending on which folders you have access to at the time of execution.
