User Preferences

The user menu is available from any page and you can access it by clicking the icon with your initials in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can access the Preferences page, or sign out of Automation Suite.

Selecting the User Language

By default, the language selected for your organization applies to the user interface. But you can choose a different language for the user interface for yourself.

To change the language of the user interface:

1. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Preferences:
   
   

   

   
   

   The Preferences page opens in a new browser tab.

2. On the General tab, under Preferences, select your preferred language for the user interface from the Language list.

   The change applies immediately and you can close the Preferences page.

   
   

   

   
   

When a page is not available in the selected language, the localization defaults to English.

Selecting the Theme

By default, all Automation Suite pages, even service-specific ones, are displayed in light theme. But you can choose to switch to the dark theme, which is more comfortable for the eyes in a dark ambiance.

To change the theme of the user interface:

1. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Preferences:

   The Preferences page opens in a new browser tab.

2. On the General tab, under Theme, select your preferred option.

   Option	Details
   Auto select theme	The theme of Automation Suite is automatically set to light or dark theme according to your current Windows theme setting.
   Dark theme	All Automation Suite pages display in dark theme, if available. If dark theme is not available for a service, the page displays in light theme, but dark theme is used whenever possible.
   Light theme	This is the default setting.

   The change applies immediately and you can close the Preferences page.

Changing Your Password

1. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Preferences:

   The Preferences page opens in a new browser tab, on the General tab of the page.

2. Along the left, select the Privacy & security tab:
   
   

   

   
   
3. On the Privacy & security tab, click Change password.

   The change password panel opens at the right of the window.

4. Type in your current password, and then type in your new password two times.
5. Click Save to change your password.

Signing Out

To sign out from your current Automation Suite organization, click your initials in the top-right corner of any page and select Sign out:

You are then redirected to the Login page.
