Deploy a solution package to an Orchestrator tenant in Automation Suite.

Deploying a solution means creating a deployment of a solution package in Orchestrator. For more information about solution deployments, see Understanding the solution development lifecycle.

A solution package published from Orchestrator or Studio Web can be deployed to either an Orchestrator tenant or a Personal Workspace. If you publish a solution package from Studio Web to your Personal Workspace, deployment occurs automatically. If any issues occur, see Debugging solutions in the Studio Web user guide.

   • If the package already exists in your tenant or Personal Workspace, select an existing solution package.

   • Select More actions (the menu icon ⋮) in the Packages tab and choose Deploy.

Step 2. Configure deployment details

在“部署解决方案”页面上，按如下所示查看并更新部署详细信息：

1. 首先，请填写以下必填字段:

   • 包: 选择要部署的包。选择包后， “版本”字段将显示详细信息，例如包版本、发布日期、说明和作者。

   • 部署名称：输入唯一名称。

   • “位置” ：选择创建解决方案文件夹的位置 - 是“安装为根文件夹”还是选择现有文件夹。

2. 对于可选字段，请展开“高级选项” 。

   1. 如果需要，打开“使用自定义解决方案文件夹名称”开关，并输入适当的解决方案文件夹名称。
   2. 在“激活策略”部分中，选择以下选项之一：
      • Now ：立即激活部署。
      • 稍后：安装部署，但禁用触发器。

步骤 3. 查看、配置和验证解决方案

在“部署解决方案”页面上配置必填字段和可选字段后，您可以：

• 选择“部署”以立即开始部署，或
• Select Review to open the Solution Installer and further configure the solution components.

In the Solution Installer, you can:

• 查看解决方案组件、属性和文件
• 从“显示”下拉列表中筛选属性
• 链接现有组件
• 将解决方案保存为草稿
• 验证部署配置

重用和链接到现有组件（可选）

在解决方案部署期间，默认情况下，系统会在目标环境中创建所有必需的组件。但是，如果目标环境中已存在某些必需组件，则可以将解决方案链接到这些组件，而不必创建新组件。

在继续操作之前，请考虑以下事项:

• 此功能适用于资产、存储桶、Webhook 和队列。
• 如果租户中已存在同名的组件，您可以执行以下操作：
  • 保留现有组件，而不创建其他组件。
  • 保留现有组件，并从解决方案中添加其他新字段（不更改现有字段）。
  • 重命名相应服务中的冲突资源。
  • 如有可能，请在解决方案部署中重命名资源。

备注：

When the deployment is located outside your Personal Workspace (for example, in a shared folder), resources stored in your Personal Workspace at any folder depth are excluded from the list of components you can link to. This prevents broken deployment configurations that your collaborators cannot run or maintain, because they cannot access your Personal Workspace resources. When the deployment is inside your Personal Workspace, all your accessible resources, including your Personal Workspace ones, are available for linking.

1. On the Deploy a solution page, select Review. You land in the Solution Installer, on the Components page.

步骤 5. 激活部署

备注：

If the solution contains apps and they are not activated using the provided link, the deployment activation fails.

部署成功完成后，Orchestrator 会自动评估激活准备情况。部署将显示在“部署”选项卡中，并具有以下状态之一：

• Inactive (Ready to activate): No additional configuration is required. Select the More actions icon, and then select Activate deployment.

• 非活动（需要设置才能激活） : 必须完成其他先决条件：

  1. Select the More actions icon and then select Set up activation.
  2. 查看激活验证结果。
     • 添加帐户并分配角色。
     • 将计算机添加到解决方案文件夹。
     • 按需定义帐户-计算机映射。
     • 定义每个机器人的资产值（如果适用）。
     • 激活解决方案中使用的应用。
     • 如果适用，请填写流程类型组件的绑定。
  3. 解决列出的项目。
