升级或降级解决方案

Upgrade or downgrade a solution deployment to a different package version in Automation Suite.

“升级/降级”选项允许您执行以下更改：

• 将您的解决方案升级到较新版本；
• Downgrade your solution to an older version (similar to a rollback to an older version). Downgrading a solution does not delete entities, choice sets, and webhooks.

要升级解决方案，请执行以下步骤：

1. 使用要包含在新版本中的更改更新解决方案包。有关详细信息，请参阅编辑解决方案包版本。

   备注：

   如果租户中已存在同名组件，则选项如下：

   • 保留现有组件，不要创建其他组件。
   • 保留现有组件，并从解决方案中添加其他新字段。 请注意，此选项不会更改现有字段。
   • 在目标租户的相应服务（例如 Orchestrator、Action Center）中重命名冲突资源。
   • 如有可能，重命名解决方案部署中的资源。

2. 在租户级别选择“解决方案”选项卡。

3. In the Deployments tab, select the More actions (⋮) menu corresponding to the targeted package, then choose Upgrade / Downgrade.

4. In the Upgrade / Downgrade window, indicate the package version you want to upgrade or downgrade your solution to, then select Continue. A new screen opens, providing a summary of the changes introduced by the upgrade operation. The following details are provided on the changes the new version introduces:

   • 新添加的组件：标有加号 (+) 图标。

     备注：

     升级后，系统将在目标环境中创建这些组件，因此请务必查看其属性。

   • 已删除的组件：标有减号 (-) 图标。

     备注：

     除非其他解决方案引用了这些组件，否则系统会在解决方案升级后从目标环境中删除这些组件。 在这种情况下，组件将保留在环境中，但将从解决方案中删除。

   • 已编辑的组件：标有星号 (*) 图标。“比较属性差异”面板会突出显示对组件属性进行的所有更改。

     备注：

     Components that only have alterations to their configurable properties are not marked as edited. Edited components retain the existing configurations for their configurable properties by default, but you can switch to using the package configuration. In both cases, if needed, you can update the configurable properties in place. To get an overview of all property changes, check the Compare property differences panel.

5. （可选）编辑所需的任何可配置组件属性。

6. Save your changes as a draft, validate them, and/or deploy them. After performing an upgrade, you can check the operation status in the Deployments tab. For details, refer to Checking the deployment status.

   备注：

   新升级的解决方案的状态为Inactive 。 请务必手动激活部署，以使解决方案正常运行。

重要提示：

在解决方案升级期间，始终禁用触发器。通过解决方案重新激活部署后，触发器将恢复到升级前状态，但前提是先前已通过解决方案激活部署。

如果直接在 Orchestrator（在 Solutions 外部）中手动启用了触发器，则不会保留这些状态，并且在升级后触发器保持禁用状态。为确保在未来升级后正确还原触发器状态，请始终通过解决方案激活部署。
