管理租户

租户是组织内唯一且单独的部门。每个租户都有自己的资源，独立于其他租户。在独立模式中，一个组织只能有一个租户。因此，组织和租户之间将建立一对一的关系。

创建租户

创建租户时，您还需要为租户的管理员定义凭据。

1. 以系统管理员身份登录 Orchestrator 主机门户。

   系统将显示“租户” 页面。

   

2. 在右上角，单击“添加租户”。

   “配置租户” 对话框将打开：

   

3. Fill in the required fields Tenant Name,Password, and Confirm Password.

   备注：

   The username (admin) for the tenant administrator cannot be changed.

   重要提示：

   If you recently changed the settings, the password you define here may not be validated against the new settings because it takes around one hour for the changes to apply.

4. （可选）填写“名字” 、 “姓氏” 和“电子邮件地址” 字段。

5. 单击“配置”。

   系统将创建租户和租户管理员，并且新租户将显示在“租户” 页面上。

   备注：

   租户管理员是名为admin 的本地用户。当您添加新的租户时，Administrator 角色将使用您在“配置租户”对话框中提供的密码和电子邮件地址，自动创建租户管理员。

重命名租户

重要提示：

更改租户名称的影响

更改任何租户的名称会极大地影响您以前的配置：

• Robots configured at the tenant level are disconnected. Users must reconnect their robots, entering the new URL.
• 先前添加为书签的租户 URL 不再有效。 向用户发送新 URL。
• Mobile Orchestrator 用户已断开连接。 向他们发送新的租户 URL 以再次连接。

1. 以系统管理员身份登录 Orchestrator 主机门户。

2. Click More Actions at the right end of the row and select Rename tenant.

   “编辑租户” 对话框将打开。

3. 在“租户名称” 字段中编辑名称。

4. 单击“更新”以应用更改。

   租户名称已更改，新名称将显示在“租户” 页面中。

禁用或启用租户

重要提示：

Remove licenses before disabling a tenant: If you intend to disable a tenant, remove the license allocation for the tenant prior to disabling it. Otherwise, the licenses are not returned to the license pool and you cannot use them for other tenants.

要禁用或启用租户：在“租户” 页面中，单击“更多操作”，然后选择“禁用” 或“启用”：

启用或禁用功能

除非配置不同，否则默认情况下会为所有租户启用所有功能。

1. Log in to the Orchestrator host portal as a system administrator.

   系统将显示“租户” 页面。

2. Click More Actions at the right end of the row and select Enable/Disable features.

   系统将显示“功能标志” 窗口。

3. 选中要在租户上启用的功能所对应的复选框，或清除要禁用的功能。

4. 单击“继续”以应用更改。

或者，选择多个租户，然后单击“为选定租户启用/禁用功能”按钮，以一次更改为多个租户启用的功能。
