Orchestrator 中的组织建模

Orchestrator provides multiple features that can be used in modeling your deployment to provide easy and efficient administration while also ensuring proper asset isolation and access control, regardless of size or structure.

一个 Orchestrator 实例可以分为多个租户，每个租户与其他租户完全隔离。不能在不同的租户之间共享或访问自动化、资源或用户。

Each tenant can be further subdivided and organized into Folders. You can create as many folders as needed to accomplish your desired structure. Each type of folder has various features and capabilities, enabling you to use the appropriate type for managing the administration and sharing of automations across your company.

租户

租户旨在完全隔离这些独立的部署实例之间的所有 Orchestrator 实体（即机器人、资产、队列等），而无需维护多个 Orchestrator。以下是将 Orchestrator 分为租户的一些示例：

• 企业每个区域或国际办事处的租户，因为每个区域的用户都具有针对该区域适用法律和程序的特定自动化（例如，美国与欧洲或日本的 HR 流程）。
• 维护多个开发环境和测试环境。
• 隔离薪资流程或机密项目等敏感数据。

因此，如果希望由指定的租户管理员独立管理自动化解决方案的所有用户、资源和设置，最好使用租户。

注意：请记住，在任何时候机器人都只能连接到单个租户。

文件夹

Orchestrator 文件夹具备高级功能，例如自动机器人管理、分层结构以及针对用户的精细角色分配。

指导目的是通过实现各个部门之间的自动化共享，与现有 AD 组的集成以及对用户权限和机器人创建的扩展控制，来简化大型部署。

例如，您可以为财务部门和人力资源部门创建单独的文件夹，将公司 Active Directory 中的相应组添加到其相应的文件夹中，同时允许您的人力资源用户访问财务文件夹中包含的费用报告自动化，而不必为企业中每个单独的用户或组重新创建文件夹。
