Catálogos de Ações

Os catálogos de ações são contêineres de ação, onde você pode classificar suas ações com base em vários critérios. O catálogo no qual uma ação reside é definido na criação da ação usando as atividades de criação de tarefas no Studio.

Importante:

Os catálogos de ações não podem ser excluídos.

Only existing action catalogs can be linked to actions generated by Persistence activities (Create Form Task , Create External Task) or by activities using Generic Tasks APIs (Create Validation Action,Create Classification Action).

To manage action catalogs, navigate to the Admin Settings page in Action Center.

Configurações do Administrador

The Admin Settings page displays all the folders in your tenant and allows you to create or update action catalog in every folder you have access to.

To access the Admin Settings page, click on the More Options menu from the top navigation bar of the Actions tab.

Para criar um novo Catálogo de Ações:

1. Selecione a pasta desejada.

2. Click Add New Catalog. The Create Catalog wizard opens.

3. Insira um nome (obrigatório) e uma descrição (opcional) para o seu catálogo.

4. Select the Store in encrypted format checkbox if you want to have the linked actions encrypted in the database.

   Importante:

   Selecting the encryption checkbox encrypts the actions (that is, task data) that are associated to the current action catalog. Actions that are not linked to any action catalog do not get encrypted.

   • A operação de criptografia é irreversível.
   • Only the Data values of an action are being encrypted.
   • Action data part of existing action catalogs cannot be encrypted. As an alternative, you can recreate the action catalog, select the Store in encrypted format checkbox, and regenerate the actions.

5. Click Create. The new catalog is displayed in the Action Catalog list of the selected folder.

Para atualizar um Catálogo de Ações existente:

1. Navegue até a pasta de hospedagem do catálogo.
2. Select the action catalog you want to edit and click Edit .
3. Modifique os campos de catálogo desejados.
4. Clique em Salvar.
