Task Mining ホーム ポータル

Task Mining のホーム ポータルでは、ユーザーが Task Mining にアクセスできます。ユーザーは、以下のアクションを完了できます。

1. Task Mining の既存のプロジェクトを参照し、必要に応じて検索します。
2. Add****project.

以降、ここが既存の作業の保存場所として使用されるだけでなく、新しいプロジェクトもここから開始します。

このようなイニシアチブをプロジェクトと呼びます。プロジェクトは、特定のユーザー数と時間枠を持つ限られた環境で実行されるプロセス検出インスタンスです。

サービスのホーム ページでは、企業の管理者は [プロジェクトを追加] オプションをクリックして複数の「発見」イニシアチブを作成できます。

新しいプロジェクトを開始

1. プロジェクト ダッシュボードで [プロジェクトを追加] を選択します。新しいプロジェクトのページが表示され、新しいデータ キャプチャ プロジェクトを設定できます。

2. [ プロジェクト名 ] ボックスにプロジェクトに適した名前を追加し、[ 説明 ] ボックスに可能な限り詳しい説明を入力します。[ 保存 ] を選択して続行します。

   

   注:

   Project names can contain only English characters, numbers, whitespaces and underscores. Names starting with whitespace or numbers are invalid.

As soon as you create a new project, it's made available in the Projects list. Select it to open the project from where you can access the Overview, Team, Configure the project settings, and Discovery results tabs.

記録ユーザーを招待する

データを記録するようユーザーを招待するには、以下の手順に従います。

1. ユーザーを招待してデータを記録するプロジェクトを開きます。

2. Go to the Team tab.

3. Select +Invite.

4. In the Users field, start typing the name or email address of the user you want to invite. The users that match your search entry are listed.

5. リストからユーザーを選択します。

   注:

   1 つのプロジェクトに最大 10 人のユーザーを招待できます。2 ～ 7 人のユーザーを招待することをお勧めします。

6. In the Recorder type field, indicate whether you want to send a link to the installer. If you select the MSI installer option, the Recorder Installer Link is included in the invitation email that is sent to the user.

7. [招待] を選択します。

   A confirmation message is displayed and an email containing the link to download the recording application is sent to the selected user.

プロジェクト設定を構成する

記録プロセスを開始する前に、[設定] モジュールにアクセスして、プロジェクトの出力、記録対象のアプリ、目標、データ収集ポリシーを設定します。 各オプションについて詳しくは、以下のページをご覧ください。

Start the recording process

管理者またはプロジェクト管理者は、[詳細] 列で利用可能なボタンを使用して、記録ユーザーを [開始]、[停止]、または [一時停止] できます。複数の使用状況の記録を開始するには、記録を開始するために必要なユーザーをチェックマークを使用して選択し、画面の右上隅にある [削除] ボタンの近くにある [開始] を選択します。
