アクティビティ レベルの設定

セットアップ手順を開始する前に、Healing Agent の前提条件を満たしていることを確認します。

また、個々のアクティビティごとに、アクティビティ レベルで Healing Agent の機能をフィルター処理することもできます。

• 無効化 — Healing Agent を無効にします。
• ジョブの設定を継承 — Orchestrator からすべての設定を継承します。
• 推奨事項のみ — Healing Agent は推奨事項を提供するだけで、オートメーションを修復することはありません。
• アプリ/ブラウザーと同一 — AppCard の設定を継承します。

Orchestrator ですべての設定を無効化した場合、アクティビティ レベルで設定を変更しても Healing Agent には影響しません。

無人オートメーションの設定

注:

Automation Developer 以上のロール権限と以下の各権限が必要です。

• Process.Edit
• MediaExecution.View
• MediaExecution.Create
• MediaExecution.Delete

Healing Agent is available only for processes executed as jobs.

1. In Studio, open an existing project or create a new one.

   a. If you have not done so already, update to version 25.10.2 or later of the UIAutomation.Activities package. b. Optionally, enable the Verify Execution feature, which Healing Agent relies on for input actions. If you have any activities that are not connected to Orchestrator, use the Synchronize Object Repository feature to add all activities to Orchestrator. c. Publish your project.

2. Orchestrator に移動します。

   a. Select Add process. b. Select Additional settings. c. Enable Healing Agent either at the process level or the job level. You can configure self-healing independently across both the process and job levels.

   注:

   自己修復を有効にしない場合、Healing Agent からは詳細なデバッグ情報と限定的な推奨方法のみが示され、自律的なアクションは実行されません。

   

   d. Create a new job based on the process you published.

   

3. Select Run to run your job.

   a. Select Job Details. b. Select Healing Agent. c. Select Download the debug file.

Result: The Healing Agent panel displays only if the job involved at least one recommendation or healed action. If the automation project is in your workspace and Studio is connected to the Orchestrator tenant, you can select Open in Studio to open the debug file directly in Studio. Otherwise, open the Autopilot panel in Studio and select Import debug file.

注:

If Healing Agent cannot recover an activity, the Robot logs in Orchestrator show the reason for the failure, for example "Healing agent could not recover the activity. Self-healing is disabled."

Attended 設定

   a. Select Add process. b. Select Additional settings. c. Create a new process based on the automation you published. d. Enable Healing Agent either at the process level or the job level. You can configure self-healing independently across both the process and job levels. If you do not activate self-healing, Healing Agent only provides detailed debug information and limited recommendations, and does not take any autonomous actions.

4. Run your automation from Assistant. Ensure you select the Report Exception option at runtime.

   a. Select Job Details. b. Select Healing Agent. c. Select Download the debug file.

Result: The Healing Agent panel displays only if the job involved at least one recommendation or healed action. To view the debug file, open the Autopilot panel in Studio and select Import debug file.

独自のモデルを使用する (BYOM) 設定

To use your own LLM subscriptions, configure them via LLM configurations in the AI Trust Layer:

1. Automation Cloud™ で [管理] に移動します。
2. [AI Trust Layer] を選択し、[LLM の設定] タブを選択します。
3. [テナント] ドロップダウンからテナントを選択し、[設定を追加] を選択します。
4. [設定を追加] パネルで、次の手順を実行します。 a. [製品] ドロップダウンから [Healing Agent] を選択します。b. [機能] ドロップダウンから [ワークフローの回復] を選択します。c. [UiPath の LLM サブスクリプションを置換] を選択します。d. [フォルダー] ドロップダウンから、LLM の接続を保存するフォルダーを選択します。
   注:

   他のユーザーと共有されているフォルダーに LLM の接続を保存しないでください。共有フォルダーに保存された資格情報には、そのフォルダーへのアクセス権を持つすべてのユーザーがアクセスでき、組織の API キーやモデル データが公開される可能性があります。

   e. For your Replaceable LLM, select a connector from the Connector drop-down, and then select Add connection from the Connection drop-down. f. A new tab opens. Populate the fields required to connect UiPath to your selected connector, then select Test in the Add configuration panel. g. Select Save.

Result: Healing Agent uses your configured LLM subscription for workflow recovery.

Autopilot を使用して Studio 2025.10 で Healing Agent のデバッグの提案を分析する

Studio v2025.10 以降を使用している場合は、Autopilot を活用して、現在開いているプロジェクトの実行されたジョブに対する Healing Agent のデバッグ提案を自動的に分析できます。

Studio と Orchestrator 間のテナントの接続ステータスに基づいて、以下の 2 つのオプションからケースに当てはまる手順を実行します。

オプション 1: Studio アカウントと Orchestrator アカウントが、ジョブが実行されたテナントに接続されている場合、Autopilot は手動入力なしで Healing Agent のデバッグ提案を自動的に分析します。この場合、次の手順を実行します。

1. Studio に移動して、既存のプロジェクトを開くか、新しいプロジェクトを作成します。

注:

プロジェクトをパブリッシュおよび実行したのと同じアカウントで Studio と Orchestrator にログインしてください。

2. [Autopilot] パネルで、[ファイルから Healing Agent のデータを読み込む] または [Healing Agent の実行データを分析する] のいずれかのプリセット プロンプトを選択するか、Autopilot との対話時に独自のプロンプトを挿入します。

3. 実行時の修復データ レポートが表示されたら、影響を受けるすべてのアクティビティを手動で展開し、[適用] を選択して提案された変更を適用できます。

オプション 2: Studio アカウントと Orchestrator アカウントが、ジョブが実行されたテナントに接続されていない場合は、Orchestrator から Healing Agent のデバッグ ファイルを手動でダウンロードして、Studio にインポートできます。この場合、次の手順を実行します。

1. Orchestrator に移動します。
2. ジョブ ビューで [ジョブの詳細]、[Healing Agent] の順に選択します。ジョブに推奨手段または修復済みアクションがある場合にのみ、[Healing Agent] パネルが表示されます。
3. [デバッグ ファイルをダウンロード] を選択します。
4. Studio に移動し、デバッグ ファイルをダウンロードした既存のプロジェクトを開きます。
5. [Autopilot] パネルで、[ファイルから Healing Agent のデータを読み込む] または [Healing Agent の実行データを分析する] のいずれかのプリセット プロンプトを選択するか、Autopilot との対話時に「デバッグ用 ZIP ファイルをインポート」などの独自のプロンプトを挿入します。
6. 実行時の修復データ レポートが表示されたら、影響を受けるすべてのアクティビティを手動で展開し、[適用] を選択して提案された変更を適用できます。
