Uploading sample documents

Upload representative sample documents to a Flow Extract node.

You can upload sample documents before or after you build the taxonomy. To upload sample documents, proceed as follows:

1. Once you have added an Extract node to the Flow canvas, hover over the node.

2. Select Open full view from the toolbar.

3. In the Definition tab or the Dataset tab, select Upload.

   Note:

   The uploaded documents must be representative of your data and cover all possible variations.

4. Browse for the files.

   Note:

   The supported file formats are:

   • PDF
   • PNG
   • JPG or JPEG
   • TIF or TIFF
   • GIF

5. As soon as the documents are uploaded successfully, you can view all the documents under the Dataset tab, where you can:

   • Search by a document name.
   • Filter by the annotation status:
     • Not started
     • In progress
     • Annotated
     • Annotated (Editing)
