About notifications

Notifications system in Integration Service for Automation Suite, covering in-app and email notification delivery across tenants for user and admin actions.

Notifications offer ordered and prioritized information about your actions as a user, or about the actions that you manage as an admin.

In-app notifications are sent across tenants, via the Notifications panel.

Email notifications are sent across tenants to the email address that was used when creating the organization account.

Notifications panel

Notifications are displayed in the Notifications panel. To access the Notifications panel, select the bell icon, located in the top navigation bar.

Events

Whenever an event that impacts you is generated, a notification is sent.

For Integration Service, you can set up a notification for when a connection to a connector is broken.

Select the displayed notification message to be directed to the broken connection's page. There, you can directly fix the connection.

Notification subscriptions

To personalize notifications received in the Notifications panel, you can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from events or severity types.

Notifications clear after a 30 day period.
