  • Click the Insights button in the left menu of Orchestrator to get to Insights.

Downdload a dashboard as a pdf.
  • Click the More Actions button on the shared dashboard/ OOTB dashboard that you want to download. Then select Download PDF.

  • Then, choose the paper size and the orientation. Then click Download.

  • A viewer can also download a dashboard by clicking the dashboard itself. Then, click the More Actions button to view the download options.

  • Then you can click the Download as a PDF button. Lastly, click the Download button again highlighted in red.

  • Navigate to the Tenant tab or UiPath Templates tab, depending on where the dashboard you want to download exists.

  • Then, click the Download button.

  • You can also download a dashboard by clicking the dashboard tile itself.

  • Then, navigate to the 3-dot dashboard actions menu in the upper right and select Download.

Download a dashboard as an image

  • Click the More Actions button on the shared dashboard/ OOTB dashboard that you want to download. Then select Download Image.

  • A viewer can also download a dashboard by clicking the dashboard itself. Then, click the More Actions button to view the download options.

  • Then you can click the Download Image button.
  • Cannot download a dashboard as an image (can download as a csv).

View person-to-person shared dashboards

  • Locate and click the dashboard that has been shared with you.

  • Cannot share live dashboard person-to-person, only via scheduling delivery.

View dashboards shared with everyone

  • Locate the dashboard that has been shared with everyone, therefore, shared with viewers.

  • Navigate to the Tenant tab to see dashboards shared with everyone. Simply click any of the dashboard tiles to view the dashboard.

View dashboards shared with groups

  • Insights supports sharing dashboards with some groups. All Viewers (Consumers), Designers (Editors), Everyone, and Admins. Locate the dashboard that has been shared to the group. As a viewer, you will only be able to see the dashboard if it was shared to the Consumers group.

  • ** Insights only supports sharing with Everyone, via the Tenant tab.** Navigate to the Tenant tab to see dashboards shared with Everyone.

  • Then, click any of the dashboards to view.

View Default Dashboards/UiPath Template Dashboards

  • Locate and click the default dashboard called Business ROI,Processes,Licensing,Queues, or Robots.

  • Navigate to the UiPath Templates tab to see dashboards shared in the UiPath Template tab.

  • Then, click any of the dashboards to view a UiPath Template dashboard.

Note: To see the ROI template, the viewer also needs to have the ROI viewer permission.

Interact with default filters on dashboards

  • Navigate to a dashboard you would like to view by clicking the dashboard.

  • Then, a user can use default filters on a dashboard by enabling/disabling filters in the right-hand side of the pane or selecting certain items from a filter list.

  • Navigate to the dashboard you would like to interact with.

  • Next, you can interact with the default filters on the dashboard by clicking them. For example, the date and folder filters are default on the Processes dashboard in the UiPath Templates tab. Select certain dates or folders by clicking them.

  • Then, click the blue reload button in the upper-right hand of the dashboard to apply the filters to the dashboard.

Cross-filter

  • Navigate to a dashboard you would like to view by clicking it.

  • A user can filter a dashboard by clicking the widgets themselves, which will apply that selection as a filter to the whole dashboard. Click the desired process in the Money Saved per Process widget to filter the entire dashboard by that process name, captured below. You can disable the filter by toggling the added filter off in the filters pane.

  • Navigate to the dashboard you would like to interact with.

  • Then, click the specific areas of the tile that you would like to filter the entire dashboard on. Click a process in the Top 10 processes by #Run and Status to see the entire dashboard get filtered by that process.

  • The new filters will get applied to the entire dashboard. Remove these added filters by clicking on the x next to the filters

Navigate to a dashboard from an opened dashboard

  • To navigate to another dashboard from an opened dashboard, the viewer can simply search for another dashboard by clicking the dashboard name drop-down and then searching for the desired dashboard.

  • Optionally, click the Insights button.

  • Then click the desired dashboard.

  • Navigate to the dashboard you would like to interact with.

  • To navigate to another dashboard from an opened dashboard, click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner, and then choose Dashboards.

  • Or you can select the UiPath Insights logo as well.

  • Then, navigate to the dashboard you would like to interact with next.
