Total Manual Time description

• The description for Total Manual Time (mins) in the Process Manual Values was incorrect. It was updated to the following: The sum of all values entered for Manual Time in the ROI dataset.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the user name was displayed in Orchestrator Jobs, but not in Insights. Instead of using JobEvents.CreatorUserId to map to Users.UserName, we now use [Jobs].LocalSystemAccount as UserName for Insights Jobs. If [Jobs].LocalSystemAccount has the value NULL, [Robots].UserName will be used as a fallback.
