Navigating the Deployments sidebar

The Deployments sidebar provides a contextual view of a solution's deployment directly from the Deployments tab. It lets you inspect various details of a deployment, as well as manage it to ensure your solution is working properly.

At the top of the sidebar, you can see a deployment's title, its version (whether it is the latest or if a newer version is available), its status (Pending, Failed, or Active), and a brief description, if available.

Next, you can see the activation status of the deployment, whether it is active, Inactive (Needs setup to activate), or Inactive (Ready to activate), its folder path location (clickable, so you can navigate to the solution folder), as well as its last operation, and when it was last performed.

Expanding the Deployments sidebar

To expand the Deployments sidebar, do the following:

1. Dirígete a Orchestrator > Soluciones.
2. Select the Deployments tab.
3. From the list, select a solution deployment.

The Deployments sidebar opens on the right side of the screen and remains in context while you browse deployment information.

Consejo:

If your deployment is successfully installed and activated, you can select Deployment details from the Deployment logs, and navigate directly to the Deployments sidebar.

Managing a deployment from the sidebar

Depending on the state of your deployment, you may be able to do the following:

Nota:

Irrespective of a deployment's status or activation readiness, you can select Uninstall or Edit. If a deployment was uninstalled, you can also delete it.

Deployment state	Activation status	Available action
Install - Successful	Activo	Select Go to folder to navigate to the solution’s folder in Orchestrator.
Configuration change - Draft	Activo	Select Continue if you were in the middle of changing your deployment’s configuration.
Install - Successful	Needs setup to activate	Select Set up activation to properly configure your solution for activation readiness.
Install - Successful	Ready to activate	Select Activate deployment.
Install - In progress	N/D	No actions available.
Configuration change - Successful	Activo	Select Change version to upgrade your configuration.

On the Resources tab, you can also view a list of all components included in your solutions, whether it's a process, connection, trigger, asset, MCP server, or storage bucket.

Navigating the History tab​

For each deployment, you can view more details regarding their history and select Refresh to ensure you have the most recent view of your deployment.

Consejo:

If you've performed more than 20 operations on a deployment, increase the number of items to be displayed on the History table.

Columna	Descripción
Versión	The deployed solution version
Última operación	La operación más reciente realizada en la implementación, como Instalar, Desinstalar, Configuración de activación, Actualizar, Degradar, Cambio de configuración o Reversión.
Estado	The current status of the deployment
Iniciada	The time elapsed since the deployment started, whether it was 55 minutes ago or 2 days ago.
Autor	The username of the user who performed the operation.
