Habilitación de Data Service

To be able to create and use Data Service you first need to enable it for your tenant. Before enabling the service please check the Prerequisites.

Nota:

Data Service is a tenant level service signifying that each tenant data is segregated.

Habilitación de Data Service en Automation Suite

Hay dos escenarios que habilitan Data Service como parte de tu instancia de Automation Suite:

Caso de una instalación nueva de Automation Suite

Data Service is provided as part of the Automation Suite basic profile, hence it is enabled automatically, regardless if you select the basic or the complete profile. To disable Data Service, follow the Advanced installation experience in the Automation Suite guide for the desired version.

Caso de actualización de versión de Automation Suite

To enable Data Service after upgrading the Automation Suite version, follow the Managing products - Enabling or disabling Data Service guide for the desired version.

Habilitación de Data Service en tu tenant

Después de tener el servicio listo para usar como parte de la instalación de Automation Suite, debes proporcionárselo también a tus tenants:

Follow the steps below to enable Data Service on your tenant.

1. Log in with your Automation Suite admin credentials and access the Admin page.
2. Selecciona tu tenant de la lista de tenants disponibles en la barra lateral.
3. Select Services. The list of currently available services is displayed.
4. Select Data Service, then select Add. The Allocate licenses panel opens.
5. Select the number of Data Service Units (DSU) to add to your tenant, then select Add. You can also select Skip, which allocates the default selection of all available free licenses. Your tenant now updates, then returns you to the Services page.

Data Service está habilitado en tu tenant y disponible para su uso.

Límites de uso de Data Service

Ten en cuenta los siguientes límites al utilizar Data Service:

Recurso de Data Service	Límite
Entidad	Máximo total de 500 entidades y conjuntos de opciones por tenant.
Campo	Máximo de 200 campos por entidad.
Archivo	Máximo de 10 MB por archivo adjunto.
Conjunto de opciones	Máximo de 250 opciones por conjunto de opciones.

Nota:

Data Service aplica un límite de tasa de 5000 llamadas a la API por minuto, independientemente de cuántas Unidades de Data Service se asignen al tenant.
